Kissing Candice was the fourth band announced to take part in the inaugural “Summer of Screams” tour. The Browning, Powerman 5000, and Psychostick will also be apart of this tour on select dates.
Another band announcement is set to happen on Monday, May 28th. The tour dates and venues will be announced on June 4th.
The Summer of Screams tour will kick off on August 17th and conclude on September 15th. Stay tuned facebook.com/summerofscreams for all information regarding this tour.

For the fourth reveal for the Summer of Screams tour, which is presented by us here at Dread Central as well as our pals over at Scream Factory, we’re stoked to announce that Long Island, New Yorkers Kissing Candice are joining the fray alongside The Browning for the whole tour with Powerman 5000 and Psychostick joining on select dates! Also, as you can see via the announcement image below, we’re going to be revealing the full touring schedule in a couple weeks, so get ready to see when this tour is coming to your area!
The masked metal band’s most recent release was the Safe Word EP from last November, which you can pick up via Amazon.

I just tongue-in-cheek referenced PM5K the other day! Maybe if i mention Rammstein theyll go on the road, whenever they get around to releasing this record. They’re my Great White Buffalo.
I didnt remember Psychostick at all, then i looked them up and i think they came along a little after my time. But i know what im doing for a little while this morning, listening to Psychostick; it’s hilarious, it sounds like music where i wrote the lyrics. Im assuming the novelty will wear off but who knows.
Kissing Candice i dont know anything about, they look familiar like theyve played GotJ but im too lazy to look it up. They sound like any other metal band, im not really that angry of a dude so i dont fuck really fuck with metal. Im more of a bluesy rock n roll and 80s SoCal punk kinda guy, like AC/DC and the Dead Kennedys.
Sidebar: why haven’t Electric Six played a GotJ? They seem like theyd fit in pretty well, theyre from Detroit, come on. Or Rammstein, good God they would shred fuckin’ ass at GotJ. And Sir Mix-a-Lot, man id kill to see Mix a Lot anywhere, let alone GotJ.
Im off on this whole other tangent, i just got home from work and was smokin a bowl and kinda went banana sandwhich here, oops whatever lmao

Mix a lot played in Butthole,IL on April 28th but that shit was like 9 hours away, if im driving 9 hours its for something big like Juggalo Day, or GotJ but thankfully that shits basically in my backyard again being like an hour away.
Somebody needs to blow that shit up and get Rammstein there, maybe for next year. Id do it but this is the only social media thing i do, which is why im prone to multi paragraph diatribes sometimes. Maybe ill just tell Kevin Gill or whoever i happen across at the Gathering this year lol
