It just fell in my lap that I will be hosting The Ungame event, Sunday 11 AM-Noon in The Frisco Room.

The Ungame is a casual noncompetitive game based around conversation with your tablemates. It's been used by therapists to help people in developing communication skills and strengthening personal bonds.

...and now that it's KREEPER PRESENTS: The Ungame, don't be surprised if I highjack the heartwarming talking points in favor of giving you new ones just to hear you talk about the deviant shit that's in my brain.

With that being said there are a few things that I wanted to bring up before the festivities.

1- CASA BONITA!!!!!

We really want to try and make it there for dinner and some drinks but we are flying in so we won't have a car but we do have plenty of gas money if any of you ninjas can hook it up with a ride. We're getting into town on Thursday and that would probably be the best night to go. We don't plan on going to that other pre-party show with scum and ABK so if anyone is down to go see what's up at Casa Bonita instead that night please let me know!!

2- NES Tournament

I'm definitely going to be entering since I play so much NES as it is. I'm curious as to what games will be played though. According to the website it says that they're doing 4 player games but there's only like 14 or so of those on the whole console. Plus, that would either mean that there is one console that everyone rotates on for the 4 player games and takes all day, or they plan to lug in a few consoles, adapters, controllers, and games to make it quicker but would be kinda overkill. The website also said that it would be based on high score which makes more sense than 4 player games. Any suggestions as to what would be good to get practiced up on? I know Jumpsteady is a huge Galaga fan so i've been playing that at least but want to play some more "high score" based games.

3- Prizes??

I know that we won't be doing a midway or anything but is there anything FLH related that could use a prize or 2? I have a pattern for a beaded Hatchetman I can make a couple of. Or I can make another Faygoman for some kind of FLH exclusive game or something. I still got an extra copy of Top Gun on laserdisc that can be donated to some "lucky" ninja as sort of a gag prize. I've been trying to make some more beaded jokers card type things but they would need to be really big so I haven't gotten that down yet.

That's pretty much it guys. Can't wait to game it up with everyone in a few short weeks!!!!!!!
