I think Bootleg shirts are OK unless somebody plans on selling them or claims that they are original and rare or something.

As an artist that works in a small t-shirt shop with a digital garment printer, I would not have an ethical problem printing this. If it became a regular thing though, I would probably contact Psychopathic about it and try to have some kind of dialog about it. They would probably say no, but I couldn't just take their shit and make a grip of shirts to sell. I guess the short answer is that a couple would be fine but I wouldn't do more than that without reaching out to them about it.

I was at the ICP 1,000 ways to die thing and some chick had a bootleg Milenko shirt and she went up to J to talk to him while we were having a break from the shoot and J asked the chick hey thats a cool Milenko shirt and she goes oh its a bootleg J and he got kind of butthurt about it.told her dont buy bootleg shit.I thought it was kinda funny like why the fuck would you tell violent j that shit.

I'm not looking to make any money off the shirts. Actually trying to make some customs shirts for jugglo day, for me and my crew. We are from Pittsburgh , our sports teams , being black and gold, I was looking for a gold milenko for some custom shirts.
Also, would post em here, so you guys could identify me, if ya wanted , at shows and what not.( my name on the back)

Agreeed. If one is making a "bootleg" shirt for themselves, I see that as an artistic fair use issue. There is nothing wrong with that. It would be like saying you cant get a hatchetman tattoo because of copyright, its stupid.
Now if you were pressing a ton of them and trying to sell them, that would be wrong
This is just my opinion of course
