Let's say. The do sign with Shady. Their contract has them down for 40,000k for 4 records. That 40,000k goes to the record. Production, guest, studio time and various other things. They end up putting out a new record that is promoted fairly well but only 15,000 records are purchased. The record was sold for $8.00 or $10.00. The record label gets a large and the distributor gets a cut. So let's say they make $1.20 per record sold. If they don't make that 40,000k back they pay out of their pocket and get shelved.
If they went independent they would get a larger cut by cutting out the label.

really? most people would of got a pic oftwiztids there twitter saying it not just sayin they deleted it but i got the the cover of the mixtape
dont care where or who they sign with
but i agree with illtheclown going independent would be smarter cause they would make more money with less hand to feed
if they didnt wanna start there own label then whats the point of leaving psychopathic ?
still feeding same amount of hands if they sign on with another label that they would have is they stayed on psychopathic
but either way i dont care its there business put out good music ill support it no matter the label

the mixtape might be getting released through Shady. or just going to have the producers from Shady and artists on the mixtape. i mean shit like that happens before. Mixtapes all the time. and no one really gets paid through mixtapes. unless they sell them. or the mixtape gets promoted the hell out of. and for twiztid names. disco balls and donuts does not surprise me. remember gravy boats?

i was thinking the same shit. you'd have to a clasified dumbass to sign a 4 album deal for $10,000 a record.

duh that shit is fake.my 2 year old nephew coulda made a better cover than that piece of shit. they wont sign with any major. they will do it themselves, if they wanna get in stores they will probably ink a deal with fontana for distribution. they gotta prove they can sell a ton first otherwise fontana wont fuck with em. thats where this mixtape comes in, no clearing samples, no paying big producers, no legal fees and fuck mastering. it will be all profit and prove they can move units without icp. i got there plan, smart
