NOTE: Juggalos and juggalettes, what I am about to review for you will be unbiased and split into two different portions: staleness and freshness.

STALENESS

What happened in Dallas was simply a disaster for three reasons:

1. The fire marshal got called because, people reported that juggalos were acting ignorant and someone apparently got scared of us hanging outside the venue. I don’t know the real story but from where I was at, there was alot of dumb things going on and the chants of “swine flu”, and ‘fuck the police” didn’t help at all. Especially the delay, where doors were to open at 7:30PM, we got in at 8:45PM

2. THIS IS A SHOOT! I’m sick of young stupid people ruining it for everyone in the crowd. Juggalos, we’re called a family for a reason and I understand some family can’t stand others but LEAVE THAT SHIT AT THE DOOR! 11 fights broke out, 3 of which I personally helped break up and not to mention that the cops got called again just before the show ended, hence me leaving.

3. The Bone in Dallas was simply just not a venue for a Psychopathic show to be held in. With the combination of people trying to rush the stage and the fights, the sound guy….yes, the sound guy really fucked up the audio for Scum, AMB and ABK. Such to the point that ABK had to leave the stage for 10 mins and came back after it was fixed.

Everyone I’ve been down for a long time and aside from the venues botches and the fire marshals being called, what I saw tonight literally broke my heart. Why does everyone have to be hard when and someone accidentally nudges you? Why do people continue to act like they’re in high school when dumb shit like this goes down? And most importantly, this is the reason why people don’t like our shows because we’re LIVING THAT STEREOTYPE that the media hates!

I’m being as unbiased as I can, as both a juggalo and a grown up. Everyone please, don’t fuck it up for the rest of us.

FRESHNESS

Soundness of Mind / Fat Kidz Inc.

With the show starting late, I came in during Soundness Of Mind’s set and caught the last song. From what I remember, they had everyone jumping high like SOM always does and to end their set they went old school……and told the ladies “You spin me right around baby!”. Yes, they covered Dead or Alive’s 80’s dance hit, “You Spin Me Round” with a little wicked twist! I wish I had more to cover but thanks to the delay, I only caught this.

ClaAs

ClaAs and DJ Ronnie Blaze hit that stage pure hater free! DFW’s own really set the tone and kept the haters in check with their set tonight. If you haven’t heard of ClaAs, then buy the Tunnel Runners compilation or check him out on the Hopsin tour coming up! ClaAs and Ronnie Blaze will knock the sound guy into next year’s coma and out, when they hit the stage!

SCUM

The master of Gore Hop came upon the stage and tore down the house with all the juggalos jumpin’ high. To be honest, I had never heard of any of Scum’s material but from what I heard tonight I was impressed with the energy he brought to the stage. He gave it 110% in his energy, his rhymes and may I mention that he sounds like Dethklok’s Nathan Explosion, when performing? (lol) Good set.

Axe Murder Boyz

With the sound staleness poisoning the microphones, AMB’s set had potential to being even more bombtastic that it already was. Playing hits like “It’s Going Down”, “Heatseekers (REMIX)”, “Skeet”, “Body In a Hole”, “Outlaw”, “I Stay Wicked” and “Fuck the Devil”, the Garcia Brothers really tore it down. The crowd seemed to really still be into AMB even with them not being on Psychopathic anymore. Still, AMB got alot of love from the crowd and AMB bowed back to us with love and respect.

Anybody Killa

After waiting forever in the dark, ABK took the stage with a few Medicine Bag tracks to hype up the crowd. Playing “Medicine Bag”, “I’m Coming Swinging”, “Last Chance”, “Keep it Wicked”, along with classics like “Gang Related”, “Hey Y’all”, “Ghetto Neighbor”, “Guillotine pt. 2”, and “Come Out and Play”, the Hatchet Warrior showed Dallas, TX what Native Funk is really made of. Even among the staleness, leaving the stage to wait for the sound guy fix the issues, the Warrior held is composure and kept it professional. I didn’t get a chance to finish seeing the set because cops got called again and I personally didn’t want to be in harms way.

Overview and personal opinion

Juggalos, even though our town experienced alot of staleness I must beg you all to NOT miss this tour! This tour is dope and I’m all for finding positives in a negative situation and when things go right, you get good results. Personally I hated what I saw tonight because it hindered alot of greatness that the Medicine Bag Tour is all about. So juggalos and juggalettes, go out and have fun at this tour. It’s worth the penny and worth seeing!

Please take care of everyone around you and since we are family, keep that family love there and let no hate bring you down!
