Loading...Lo Key brings that horror filled wicked style of his with this completely free album. With the help of, Stitch Mouth, Relapze, and Sleepy (Former Temple Rain Member), Lo Key creates an alternate world of evil and terror within the five tracks of this album. The production of this record was a well done team effort with tracks produced by Lo Key, Stitch Mouth, and Relapze. They do a great job of making the beats sound horrific and filled with sounds more familiar to a horror movie.
The album tells the story of “The House” a horrible place abundant with satanic rituals, murderers, and crazies. It describes each room in graphic detail of the house in fully Horrorcore style. None of the lyrics are watered down on this record, it is all pure evil wickedness. The “Intro” welcomes you into the house and allows you to realize you aren’t getting out anytime soon. “The Basement” is a song that describes the dungeon of the house of which is fraught with drills, kills, and blood spills. While in “The Kitchen” you will get a full meal of cannibalistic nature, or you may just get eaten. When you move to the upstairs of this diabolic madhouse, you are thrown into the world of “The Attic” where all of the evil is to be filmed for all the dead to witness.
The Bottom Line: This is a great concept album for the Horrorcore fan, and anyone who likes the underground scene. Another upper is the fact that it’s a free download. So go out and download it, the most you have to loose is that you may not like it. If you like it you will be glad to know The House 2 is coming out 10/31/06.
