Alright, let’s play the role of Captain Obvious for a second here. The 2012 Gathering of the Juggalos, which is goin’ down NEXT WEEK, August 8th – 12th in Cave-in-Rock,IL, is going to be the absolute shit! There’s going to be the entire Psychopathic Records family, tons of big name musicians, lots of runners of the underground, comedians, contests, competitions, and so much shit going on that we’re declaring the official Juggalo Gathering motto to be “What the fuck is sleep?” YES! This is all FACT!
But now we gotta acknowledge somethin’ else that is sort of the bone. Not everyone can make it out to The Gathering of the Juggalos! Since there are ‘Los and ‘Lettes from all over the world, sometimes traveling to Cave-in-Rock, IL simply isn’t possible. There are other things that play a factor in some Ninjas not being able to go.
Some people can’t get off work. Some people got kids they gotta take care of. Some people can’t scrape the funds together. Some people have Dendrophobia (that’s a mutha fuckin’ fear of TREES!). It doesn’t matter what their excuse is, making the trek to The Hatchet Landings for the Lucky 13th Gathering of the Juggalos is out of the question. For all those ‘Los and ‘Lettes… THERE’S HOPE!
