Update (5:40 PM CST): Over at InsaneClownPosse.com, they have posted an update giving us some clarification on why the show was canceled.

It looks as though there was a letter was written to Psychopathic Records dated a few days ago, which is strange because they only caught wind of it late last night.

Idaho Falls show cancelled due to “zoning violations”

Juggalos, tonight’s ICP show was cancelled due to the Bonneville County Sherriff’s office shutting down the show, because according to Lieutenant James Foster, there were planning and zoning violations at the Hitt Event Center that resulted in the show being shut down.

Psychopathic Records spoke with the Bonneville Sherriff’s Office and an employee read us the contents of an email from Lt. Foster, dated 10-19-16 (a full two days ago).

Requesting a public record such as an email from a municipal body requires filling out various forms and waiting days to receive the requested document, so we currently do not have a physical copy of this email.

But according to the Sherriff’s Department employee, the email from Lt. Foster —which reputedly bears the subject line “ICP concert” — reads as follows:

“Due to violations of planning and zoning fire codes as well as alcohol and catering permit violations, ICP will not be allowed to host until these are met. The owners and the renters were notified.”

 We find it kinda fishy that this email is dated two days ago and we only just found out super late last night that the show was cancelled.

Sorry for the bone, Juggalos. We’ll refund all VIPs their $$ ASAP and all electronically purchased tickets should be automatically refunded.

Original Post: For you Juggalos in Idaho Falls who were looking forward to an ICP show tonight, I’ve got an unfortunate bone to share with you.

The promoter, RednekNation, has updated their Facebook Event Page saying that the show tonight is Cancelled.

It looks as though it’s due to lack of a permit, but we don’t know the full details just yet.  Either way, if you already purchased your ticket to the show, you’ll need to keep an eye on either RednekNation.org or the Facebook Event Page for details on how to get your refund.
