Monoxide Addresses Recent Drama With Statement on Facebook

Earlier tonight, Monoxide posted a lengthy statement on Twiztid‘s official Facebook page.

Instead of posting a highlight of what he wrote, I have posted the full statement from Mono below.

Read it and then form your own opinion about what he had to say.

From Twiztid’s Facebook:

So the Continuous Evilution Of Life’s ?’s is on the Billboard charts (#16 Top Vinyl, #2 Rap, #3 Independent, #11 Top Album #28 Top 200). Crazy to think after all the dragging us and our label through the mud by anyone who has done such just made our bond with those who ride with us that much stronger. I told you all don’t believe the hype and wait for the smoke to clear so you can see clearly. Most of you did. 90% of you did. To those that didn’t, don’t or won’t we’re not mad. We will be here for you as well. Always.

So let’s cut all the nonsense and remember what this is all about. ENTERTAINMENT. MNE vows to be just that. From everyone here at MNE we thank you and encourage you to buckle up because it’s about to go down! With the country watching our every move we stood our ground on what we believe is right and here we are. One of the top albums in the country and that’s because of YOU!

Thank you! Thank you for after 20 years continuing this Evilution the right way. Thank you for having our backs and standing by our side and thank you for making MNE the absolute entertainment juggernaut that it is!! For you we have and always will keep it Twiztid.
Sincerely,
Paul M.

Solid numbers no doubt… Im curious to see how many of those were per orders before all the poop hit the fan and how much they sold after that explosive ICP interview.

Twiztid delivered this album with messages that hit straight home and knocked it out of the park, haters are gonna hate, who cares, we embrace it, that’s what we do, we smile at them. I’m happy they sold the numbers they did and look forward to this years MNE line up.

The world is bigger than your preception of it. Just because YOU dont like something doesnt mean it sucks, it dosnent mean its not good. It means YOU your-self are narrow minded and self centered which is NOT true juggalo mentality. So stay off our pages if you are a close minded fool of all the other masses. This site is for TRUE juggalos who have an open mind and heart and love for the artists who bust their asses for us. YOUR OPINION DOES NOT STAND FOR ALL OF US!

Music. Entertainment. Somewhere along the way it seems a lot of people lost focus on that. “They’re just trying to take our money”, “All they care about is money” the more I hear these things and I can’t help but wonder…do people expect the shirts, the jerseys, the albums, the assless chaps (maybe someday! LuL) for free? Of course they want our money! That’s how it works! I love the album they put out, and Continuous Evilution is pretty good imo, and it’s been on repeat since it came out.

I for the life of me do not hear “mixing problems” on TCEOL?’s. Can someone please get specific? I’d love to hear the mixing problems yall are fuckin talkin about. Until someone can show where the flaws are at on the album I will just continue to think the flaws are in your own ears/head.

The only mixing “problem” I found was that the volume seems to be turned way down on the vocals/music. I found myself turning up the volume on my stereo to a point which would usually rattle my whole SUV with the majority of my other albums.

This is like the election that divided the country. Democrats vs republicans juggalos vs magic ninjas lol I love the new album from twiztid. Didn’t like darkness that much but they killed it on this one. They are gaining momentum and thy for the label on lock. One thing I hate about psychopathic is that it takes forever for albums to release but MNE has a whole roster with albums locked and loaded for release throuvht out the year and it always seemed like it takes almost two years for an album to drop on psy. Lucky to even have an ep drop. What is up with that pay? Competition is good. So let’s step it up. I like Blayzay Rose, I like big hoodoo, I’ve forgot if I like ABK. Is he even a rapper anymore? Where’s the music homie? But MNE has me exited and anticipating the new music flavor for my eardrums. I don’t hate either one. They knew each other long enough to have legitimate beef over personal and business dealings. Got luv for my ninjas and Los!!! Whoop whoop magic magic ninja what!!!!

The mixing issue is not every song on the album. I cant even tell you what song name, I don’t know song names. Its the vocals, the beats are mixed just fine. To me for someone mixing music for over 15 years it sounds like they forgot to cut the low end out of the vocals/high pass filter. Twiztid’s shit is usually crispy as fuck. And Vorhees, some of us are super music nerds (meaning making music/beats/mixing) We wouldn’t expect you to hear it, honestly.

Got it. It’s not about family, clown love or juggalos. It’s about entertaining and making money. Fine. Great.

So why don’t yall get some original ideas, styles and themes and stop pretending like you care about the family. I would respect that more than faking the funk to make a quick buck.

Majik Majik Ninjas What!!!! MNE is taking over and really as far as I’m concerned there is no competition. Twiztid, Young Wicked, Boondox, Gorilla Voltage, Lex…And the list goes on… These guys are running the underground. Personally, I’m proud and happy for Twiztid with the way their running the charts.

First let me say that its great Twiztids new album is doing good and I’m glad to see MNE flourishing, but it greatly saddens me to see personal issuses between ICP and Twiztid tearing our family apart. I understand and supported Twiztid doing their own thing. It was bound to happen eventually but I just wish all the drama wasn’t making it seem like Twiztid is undermining everything they’ve built their careers on. By which I mean the love, dignity and unity they’ve brought to us for so many years. It hurts deeply to see Twiztid decline from Juggalo day, The Gathering and The March because of some disagreement with Psychopathic or lack of profit, because none of that should matter if everything they’ve told us, for so many years, that they stood for us, was real and true. I want to tell them THIS IS SO MUCH BIGGER THEN THEM, THESE EVENTS ARE NOT ABOUT PSYCHOPATHIC OR MNE, ITS NOT ABOUT MAKING A BUCK, ITS ABOUT FOLLOWING THROUGH WITH THOSE VERSES AND HAVING THE BACKS OF THE FAMILY YOU FUCKERS CREATED AND BUILT UP SO STRONGLY. It just feels like once they made it they can finally tell us it was all a lie and they don’t care to support us anymore like we’ve supported them for so long. I just wish things were different. I will always love Twiztid, ICP, Dark Lotus, Rydas, Boondox, Blaze, ABK and all wicked shit, but I will not financially support an artist who no longer supports us as Juggalos.

Thank you, king lucem. I was going to post something along those lines but glad someone else did first. The only thing twiztid declined was the march…And personally, I don’t blame them. I understand everyone has their own opinions but I for one will not attend the march nor did I ever plan to.

Fuck you if you don’t want to participate in standing up for the equality for Juggalos. You might not have ever been discriminated against for the music lifestyle you associate with but plenty of us have. If your not will to stand up for family why the fuck are you apart of it? If its not a apart of your life like it is for the rest of us, and its “just music” to you, get the fuck off faygoluvers and stop calling yourself a Juggalo, because I was given the impression the love, community, and acceptance we have for each other was real. The discrimination we catch is worth fighting. I’m going to be there because this important to me and I hope if you feel it to your there as well. If you don’t feel it let it go and move on with your life because it ain’t for you.
