I dont hold Lyte to a high standard, but, in his defense, seems to me his writing style is a bit more complex than Ouija’s…. when you have the most simplistic style of writing, rhyme scheme, and the generic flow of all these new age sound cloud rappers, you can literally wake up and queef on a mic with little to no effort and do it In mass quantities…. the only real effort is put into the production…. might explain why Lyte hasn’t put out as much….

Lyte’s probably a bit salty overt that whole being removed from the UGA album as a featured artist. He wanted to take part in that and so did Bukshot and them, but someone (I’m sure we have a pretty decent idea who) cut that shit off. That was a bullshit move on whoever’s part.

Just some speculation on my part, but I’d venture a guess that Ouija signed a different “type” of contract with PSY than past artists, Lyte included. Maybe it’s just closer to a distribution deal…? We’ve never seen any artists on the Hatchet in the past get as much freedom as Ouija does to put out his own music, merch, etc. Maybe Lyte wants to be grinding like this but can’t legally…? Again, I have no way of knowing anything like this to be true so…

I’m interested in a video for Denial. That song hit home for me. I’m not the biggest fan of his music but I respect the way he’s hustling. I bet in a few years Psychopathic will rerelease Gutterwater with the bonus disc of music videos for the album like they did with Esham for his album A-1 Yola.

There is a guy by name of George Orozco in Los Angeles that make dope music videos with On Point Films. I think Otherside would make a dope ass video. Ouija got heart and talent, I think it’s hella dope that he’s giving fans a voice to give input and suggest shit the way he is. Real Juggalo shit.
