Last night via Ouija’s Official Instagram, Ouija posted the first of 9 tiles that would come together to form the album cover for the long-awaited, highly anticipated Water Damage LP. Every 333 likes, a new tile would drop! As soon as the 9th hit IG, an onslaught of info including producers, release date, pre-orders, etc would be released.

Ouija is from that new school hustle. He knows how to properly use social media and the internet as an effective promotional tool.
Sets a quota for followers, releases videos when it’s filled. Releases merch in limited quantities to not over saturate the market and maintain interest. Has fan’s scouring the Internet’s to solve codes that leads to free music. Personally controls his own social media. They gave this guy a platform and he schooled it.
The clowns…well…they have Rob and Billy doing the three years in between albums thing like it’s the mid 90’s. To make up for lost income from not releasing anything noteworthy in between, they tour non stop. They have an intern handle their social media accounts.
Ouija will out grow that label in a year or so, his plea on twitter looking for a Publicist and PR rep is a troubling sign and confirms my suspicions.
