Mars has picked up a win in the album of the year category at the 9Quota Awards for his album “Glockcoma.”

Mars won album of the year for the Force 5 Records American release of “Glockcoma” at the Bay Area 9Quota Awards. With some of the most notable artists and industry professionals in the Bay Area in attendance he thanked the cities of Pittsburg and Antioch, CA the horrorcore and Juggalo communities that helped support the release of the album, Donnie Polinske and Rick Dogg from Force 5, along with Scythe Note and Trainwreck for helping complete the album which features B. Nasty, Young Swizz, Tyler Lyon, Koshir and Gorilla Voltage. Mars was also nominated along with Young Swizz for album of the year for their Drunk On The Hwy EP released January 1st of last year. Their follow up EP “The Hangover” will be released Friday February 8th on Mad Insanity Records and Empire Distribution.

Bullshit. He had those verses for a grip and actually made sure both parties were aware before he dropped the song. It was out of respect for the turmoil (Twiztid had left after Mars got the verse, so his contacts w them changed as well) that he waited so long to drop it. Plus, that song is catchy as fuck. Mars is a humble, smart and business-minded dude.
