It sounds like it’s the venue doing the sale not the label

It’s a memorial day sale….so maybe not as bad as one would think, plus isn’t that show around Father’s Day? Maybe that’s why they’re doing it….idk but I do know not one mother fucking promoter will bring him back around my way for some unknown reason, but it’s cool I got to see him once back in 2014, even if he ABK and Big Hoodoo were 2 hours late.

The reason is always low sales.

That’s not a knock on Boondox or anything. The fact that they’re struggling to move tickets for one show in one market does not necessarily mean he can’t draw in general. But yeah. Low sales.

Honestly there probably aren’t ANY artists in this scene besides ICP and Twiztid who could consistently fill small-to-midsize venues across the country as headliners. I’m sure, for example, AMB could probably pack a couple shows a year in their hometown of Denver, but there’s a reason you don’t see AMB touring the country. There’s just not enough interest.

ABK does good in Topeka, as long as it isn’t a weekday and he has someone other than (and this is not ment to knock any one), Razakel, Frodo The Ghost, Bake Lo etc). Now The Family Fun Times Tour was wall to wall, and had well over the capacity limit for the Boobie Trap (which isn’t much to begin with). But the 2015 April Fools Foolin Tour was packed as well with ABK, AMB, Big Hoodoo, Freddy Grimes and T-Ryde. Idk as soon as I start this new job I’m definitely booking shows to bring people out and bring acts outside of Deuce Alley shows since he won’t really fuck with Juggalos, that punk bitch. Find me DA, I’ll say it directly to you in person at the Kutt Calhoun show in July when I come in from Manhattan. But anywho, you’d think that if Blaze, Boondox, AMB and let’s say Lex went out, that should sell pretty well, but ICP and Twiztid are the only 2 that could go out by themselves and get a better turnout that Blaze, Boondox, AMB, ABK, Big Hoodoo getting basically local openers to tour with them. Idk, that’s just me and what I have noticed.
