It’s been a little over a week since Twiztid has released Generation Nightmare and A.X.E dropped Church Of Xul. Well, the numbers are in, and BOTH albums landed on the Billboard charts!
First off, Generation Nightmare had some impressive numbers coming in at #3 on Independent, #5 on Alternative, #9 on Album Sales, and #51 on Billboard Top 200! Check out what Twiztid’s socials said about this accomplishment.

Incorrect, you’re only looking at a very specific timeframe. I agree that it doesn’t really matter I just saw an outpour of twizzlers online who were so sure Twiztid would do better on the charts, and let’s face it, on the charts that matter more, ICP did better, how is what I said spreading “mis-information” ? Overall ICP beat Twiztid, straight up. And according to Monoxide there is no underground anymore.

I actually think it’s their weakest album they’ve put out since leaving Psy! I’m willing to call it as I see it! I’d absolutely prefer to bump my favorite ICP albums over this, I’m just saying that compared to last months ICP album, this is a more quality product.

I’m listening to this album for the first time now and I’m not feeling this 2001 rap-rock sounds they’ve adopted, recently. I don’t mind some crossover but this is not Twiztid, to me. Guess they’re moving in a direction I won’t follow. My guess is that their next album will be all rap-rock. As far as projects go, this is clearly a more accessible album than FFF but why are we even comparing? This is barely even hip hop, let alone a “juggalo” album.
