Surprise! Inner City Posse Performs “Dog Beats” EP During ICP Seminar at The Gathering of the Juggalos!

Every year during The Gathering of the Juggalos the Insane Clown Posse holds a seminar to announce the up and coming projects they’re dropping as a group and as a record label. This is usually a pretty big fuckin’ deal. Not many Juggalos attending the Gathering miss this event and we always make sure to live-stream it on our Facebook page. Violent J is always informative and funny as hell! Internet and cell phone reception are absolutely terrible at Lawrence County Recreational Park so this was going to be one of the first years we didn’t stream it live for you ninjas. Cause we couldn’t.

On top of that, I now have one of those “good news/bad news” scenarios for you.

First, we’ll give you the bad news:

The Insane Clown Posse did not hold a seminar this year. I know. I know. What the fuck, right? I have no idea as to why but whatever the reason they did make up for it!

Here’s the good news:

Juggalos that showed up for the seminar got a surprise performance of the Dog Beats EP by the one and only southwest Detroit legends, the Inner City Posse!

Holy shit, right? Did you ever think you’d see the day?

Apparently, it was J, Shaggy and Shaggy’s other brother. Hopefully, we have footage of that performance. If we do, we’ll be posting it up for your eyeballs to peep at.

I’m not sure if ICP will be dropping any knowledge seminar-style at any point over the course of the last day at the Gathering but only time will tell.

Sorry to the ninjas that weren’t there; we don’t have the fun lil’ bullet point list of news items for ya. Props to the ninjas that were there and got to see this iconic performance!

Whoop! Whoop!

Whaaaaaaaaaaaat?? I mean it’s cool and all that they did Dog Beats but it would be awesome and interesting to know what they’re planing for the future.
Why not do the performance and then share some info?

Oh well, I guess every juggalo not attending the GOTJ will think like me but to everyone attending, the performance was surely enough. MCL

Hmm…no seminar is odd, but the make-up for it in the form of a Dog Beats EP album performance sounds pretty solid. Perhaps they’ll have something to announce at some point later on, afterall we still are in the middle of Red Fred’s era, no sense in pushing him aside so soon.

Maybe the performance was all they had to say. Maybe, just maybe they will record a follow up for Dog Beats EP with Violent J, 2 Dope and Tre Lb. Now that’d be fresh as hell, especially if they dropped it like Eminem did with Kamikaze. Idk, I guess it’s hopeful thinking with no expectations of that happening, but it’s cool to think about.

Once again Rosco coming with a bullshit headline. Why not be honest and say they performed Dog Beats INSTEAD of doing a seminar? It’s like Rosco thinks he needs to juggle ICP’s balls every time he writes a news story. No seminar is such total bullshit, a lot of times it’s the highlight of the Gathering. J’s just getting fucking lazy, let’s call a spade a spade.

Miklo, don’t you think memorizing, rehearsing, and performing an entire EP is more work than a seminar. I personally would RATHER hear the seminar, but o wouldn’t say the seminar was more work.

Did they give any CD or anything?

That’s wack but I guess when you don’t have any future projects to talk about what’s the point of a seminar.

The show was dope and all but I really wanted information for the next year. I felt half blessed for the show and half disappointed for no info.
