Early morning today on Social Media Tech N9ne (from his own personal account) decided to reply to a Juggalo internet troll upon reading a rather rude comment on an official Tech N9ne Social Media music video clip that was directly aimed towards the number one independent rapper in the world. The person claimed, “If ICP never had you, you wouldn’t be shit”. And now Tech N9ne wants the Juggalo community to know/share his direct response to the troll in regards to where the Kansas City King stands on the history between him and the Juggalo fans, so he doesn’t have to say it again.
Tech N9ne’s Response Towards Juggalo Troll:

Fuck the JayZ tour, the 311 tour, The 2 solo tours I did before 2003 where I found out what a juggalo was cause I saw you guys shirts outside in my massive lines before 2003! he was around before ICP but in reality ICP helped him blow the fuck up but they did not make him the guy’s a fucking work horse I don’t think anyone can touch him on the amount the dude tours.
and for the record I seen Tech live 5 times and there was always Juggalos in facepaint at his shows and this is in Montreal so I know for a fact at every single tech show there are Juggalos in the audience and he should be grateful for that.

Techs got some good points but I smelt a bit of bullshit in his post, he states no one really knew who he was in the juggalo world BEFORE the Wonka tour? What complete horseshit, the whole reason he was invited to play the tour is because he was so popular amongst juggalos AT THE TIME, so he fucked up there. I think what the main point is is yes tech obviously had fans that weren’t juggalos before he blew up in the juggalo world, but juggalos were the first significantly sized fanbase that started paying attention to him. He acts like these “college kids” and “metal heads” were showing up to his shows in droves and buying mad merch from him, bullshit, it was the juggalos.

Why do people insist on continuing this bullshit. VJ knows T9 history, maybe had a few things misconstrued, but he knows he/ICP didn’t create or have any MAJOR part of T9 and his grind, or anything else. Now this would be something that should be said to a few other artists but not T9. Some can say “oh we would be right where we are now if not bigger if it weren’t for ICP”, maybe, but I doubt it and we’ll never know.

He claimed the same thing in an interview in 2017 saying that supposedly Tech publicly thanked J for making him famous and without him he would be nothing(never actually happened). All that is ’cause j has a massive ego and for no other reason. Hence, their short lived beef that year. Actually, I got on tech’s music in 2002 (I think). There was an ICP website, can’t remember if it was this one or not, where an editor loved tech & kept posting music he liked, including tech n9ne (the editor lived in Dallas & I even met him at an ICP show in Dallas eventually). I wanna say it was FLH, but if y’all weren’t around then, I can’t remember. Hell, I had dial up connection & met girls on chat rooms (like AOL chat) back then, so it was indeed as long ago as it feels like it was.

Never was a fan of tech n9ne but I did find him before i found icp by a few months, I’m a huge 2pac fan and he has a collab with pac and that’s how I came across him, techs been around though but I will say Icp gave him a huge boost

I’m curious, did Tech N9ne have a Platinum Album in 1997, and again in 1999 or so lol? The discussion on Facebook turned into a “who’s more well known” and I’d have to give it to ICP. No bias either, ICP have consistently (until recently) out performed Tech on the Billboard Charts and in total album sales. My research shows the Tech has one SINGLE that went platinum, Caribou Lou, and no full albums with that certification.

I was at wicked Wonka 2003 in OKC. Never seen anyone with thier backs turned. I discovered tech through a sampler CD I got from this record store called starship and loved it and juggalos we’re talking about how much they wanna see tech do something with icp before the tour went down . Tech was embraced and promoted by juggalos before psychopathic. I think these juggalos don’t know thier Juggalo history and are just hating because of what j said. Not everyone blows up just because they are affiliated with psychopathic or ICP. Tech is dope and juggalos loved him and his music. I mean is any artist on Psy right now blowing up or reaching twiztid status when they were on the label?? They are barely making a splash in my opinion. Now a days their is so many different options for entertainment and hard to keep people’s attention span. How many times does he have to give ICP and juggalos props? But definitely his core fanbase was juggalos for years and years. Juggalos we’re devoted to him. Yeah he may have head metal heads , college kids , gangstas, and homosexuals coming to his shows but they weren’t holding him up or growing him like only juggalos do for an artist they love.
