While he doesn’t physically appear in it, he definitely spits a verse in it, which can be heard starting at the 5:22 mark.
If you’re not familiar with the UGH series, the homie Intrinzik is the ninja who started it all. He recorded a verse for this track which appears right before Shaggy’s. It goes as follows:

Man, I really wanted the beef to be over. But I don’t think that’s the case here. I was watching the interview with Intrinzik and chuck and it seems like shaggy did the verse as a favor and didn’t know what track it was going to be put on. That’s all I heard though. I couldn’t stand listening to the interview anymore because Intrinziks mic was up way to high and had a lot of white noise behind it. Intrinzik said he just got it recorded and then did the most he could with it. Took the opportunity to throw it on the track.Sounds pretty shady to me honestly. I think it will do more harm than good. At least to Intrinzik. If this is the case then psy will probably never want to work with him again. But I don’t have the whole story.

Just a shame this is the worst song in the history of music. I know they have to pay to be on this shit but they should at least have a set of minimum requirements like, all songs/verses must be recorded in a studio and mixed/mastered to a professional standard.

Honestly with this being advertised as a Jamie and Shaggy collab is a good marketing angle for views. But for Shaggy to have the only verse, and Jamie a speaking role, I find it being nothing more than happenstance that the 2 are on the track together. I’m sure if I was tricky enough I could get a Dark Lotus with ABK reunion without any of them catching on, or just J and Mono. I guess, maybe they didn’t know they’d be on there together. IDK, I’m drunk, had a few thoughts, thought I’d share. 🤘
