Juggalo Weekend 2020 will be in… LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA!

Juggalos and Juggalettes….we are just over 3 months away from Juggalo Weekend, and I know that many of you have been clamoring for a location announcement.  I’m excited to let you know that less than 10 minutes ago, the Insane Clown Posse Facebook revealed the dates and location of next year’s festivities!

Juggalo Weekend 2020 will take place in LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA!!!

You read that right!  Juggalos are invading L.A. on February 21st-22nd!

It’s happening at the Belasco Theater, and you should start booking your plane tickets and hotels ASAP!    Just FYI, the Belasco has a standing capacity of 1,500 (including balcony), so if you don’t want to get stuck on the balcony, or left out altogether, I suggest you get your tickets as soon as they’re on sale.

Tickets aren’t available yet, but they WILL be this Saturday, November 16th starting at 3 PM EST!  Mark your calendars!

Mikey – sometimes I dont like the things you say but I have to agree with you. Considering the shows I have attended in my local area… ICP events are always packed and when Twiztid comes through – its like ‘Where’d everybody go?’ It makes me feel like the family should have just stuck together.

OneleggedJuggalo – well much respect to you brother. Psychopathic shows and events always draw larger crowds than Mne. Thats why when I see these twizzlers tryna claim Mne is running the underground and Psy is “a sinking ship” I just have to face palm, theyre so confused lol.

It’s a good looking venue inside, very fancy.
And only a 2 hr. drive for me in my piece of crap $3,000 used car with 195,000 miles on it I just bought.

And on a Friday & Saturday too! Seems doable to me.

Could someone give a quick rundown on exactly what happens at the Juggalo Weekend. Is it just a show? Are there other events? Is this a dangerous area in LA? Any info would be appreciated.

That’s South Central L.A., heart of the ghetto, my boy. As long as you dont stare at people and mind your own buisness you should be good.
Obviously, always carrying some sort of self defense tool is a wise choice.

It’s in down town. Not too far from staples center. LA isn’t set up like a lot of other cities. The “bad” parts and “good” parts kind of overlap. You’ll see extreme wealth and extreme poverty right next to each other. Lots of commerce in the area so if you are coming from out of state and want to see LA in the day, there’s stuff to see. If you fly in and aren’t sight seeing, you’ll want to Uber around as parking expensive. If you plan on taking in as much of LA as possible everything is hella spread out.

And no, it isn’t “South Central”. You’ll be just north of that, and considerably north of the part of South Central that earned it its reputation. And just south of skid row.

Rooms and things right in down town are gonna be pricy.

What happens at juggalo weekend is pretty basic. It isn’t the gathering. You’ll have some jcw stuff most of the time and the rest is just concerts. Two nights of shows. Each year, it’s something different. We don’t know what is going down this year.

If you come in from out of town and want to check out some of the near by LA culture, the Broad is a free museum but you have to reserve tickets hella in advance for the weekend. Like January 1st to book in February. Def worth it, though. It isn’t far from the belasco either.

Everything big is like 45 minutes away without traffic and you’ll see traffic everywhere. So be prepared for that.

In n out is a California staple. It isn’t the best thing ever but it’s good. If you like onions, get everything animal style. It looks gross but people like it.

You’re gonna wanna check where your room is. Ask what freeways are near you. Try to stay north of the ten. Once you get below that, you’re in USC territory and that is South Central.

I was really thinking about going to this since its probably the closest it will ever be to me but looking up hotels I just can’t spend 500 fucking dollars for 2 nights close to the venue. Hope everyone has fun and I still got my fingers crossed that they just might do a northwest juggalo weekend at some point. (I doubt it though)

You may want to check out cheaper hotels in that area, G! Since its close to the holidays, shit has gotten more expensive. Fuck the Marriott, Motel 6 or something on Expedia.com can get you a nice room. Idk if you drive but looking at the bus routes and taking the Metro Train is another affordable option.
