Rydas has always been a fly by night, stolen beats operation with a revolving door of artists. Full transparency, i do still support twiztid and have bought their albums. I dig some of their new stuff. Some business tactics have been a bit off, but i want to chalk that up to being an up and coming label (kinda like ICP and Mike Clark sampling some stuff for riddlebox and stuff like that) while not comparable, but I’ve seen a little growth in the way twiztid has been handling stuff. It’s gone from bargaining for masters to showing blatant hatchetmen in their documentary on astronomicon. I’m sure i or nobody else will change you mind, i just wanted to give my point of view.

I hear ya. For one, I think both groups music and creativity suffered to an extent. I think they built off each other when they were all together. I think twiztid really thought they were gonna blow up much faster on their own. I think they realized that it is much harder to be as creative on their own rather than with a larger team of creative minds all together. So it’s probably easier to go back to what you know, especially to concepts that were so successful like lotus and Rydas. Easier? Yes. Creative? Absolutely not. Doing their own thing? Nope. It still wouldn’t bother me if they weren’t so ignorate towards ICP. This whole “we would’ve made it no matter what. With or without them. We were destined to make it” bullshit cocky attitude when they can’t even make it now without Psychopathics ideas. I also think that twiztid leaving hurt J pretty good. I’ve seen some pretty good stuff out of ICP since then but not at the same consistency as before the split. Maybe twiztid came up with Rydas. I personally don’t believe that but can’t guarantee one way or the other but J did come up with Lotus. And with everything they both went through, J didn’t have to try and recreate either one of these bands, that in my opinion were legendary, and if they can’t be done right, should be left alone. He kept coming up with new creative ideas whether people liked them or not. And even the super heroez thing. I know it was a twiztid thing from the beginning, derived off of a J thing. But that little grab was so pathetic. And if leaving was supposed to be a way to distance themself from Psychopathic, it might be a good idea to stop using all of the ideas that were created on Psychopathic whether it was theirs or not.

Well thankyou for stating your point like a reasonable human being. Like you said though, J took HIS ball and went home, HIS ball being Rydas and Lotus, it’s HIS ball to do what he likes despite what spoilt self entitled fans want, J knows that if he tried to do Lotus without Twiztid it would be some fake phoney bullshit, that’s why he’s leaving it in the grave because without all members there it isn’t real DL and should be left alone. But like you said J took HIS Rydas ball and went home, then Twiztid said Hey let’s go over and steal that ball from Violent J and make money off It, it’s a bitch move, it’s fake as fuck, especially since they’ve said so many times that they don’t want Js ball to play with and can play better without it, then they went and stole it, FUCK Twiztid, fake ass bitches.

And I only heard the single they released, Madroxs verse was decent, the rest was absolute trash, AXE tryna sound gangsta?? No need to tweet anyone as the answer is Violent J, these groups were all obviously built and contributed to by several different artists, including Twiztid, all of them made the group great, people seem to be confusing who helped make the group great with who actually conceived the idea first, which was Violent J. You can tweet all you like but Twiztids hoe ass will never answer that question online. Go up at a Meet n Greet with a recorder in your pocket and ask them face to face like that one ninja did, thatll get you the best response. That recording alone showed Twiztid to be the fake 2 faced bitches they really are, I like how twizzlers just act like that recording don’t exist, Twiztid just spewing hate in Violent J for being “homophobic” while they’ve dissed gays in their own music and endorse and sign rappers like Gmo who also uses alot of homophobic shiz but then they go on a 5 minute rant about J for doing the same shit? After putting much thought into this I realized that Twiztid have had nowhere near the success they had with Psychopathic since they left. Im sure they miss the huge crowd at the Gathering etc. and ICP are doing just fine… so lets just let them have the Rydas and Lotus names. They need these to make ends meet n pay the bills.

Mikey holy shit, you are absolutely right, you took the words outta my mouth. I dont disagree with the Rydas concept, I mean it’s all jacked shit anyway, so I dont mind them doing it, but the fact that they already ripped off Lotus (or tried to anyway) screams of desperation and shows their own lack of original ideas. I didn’t mind the rydas track, but come on, can these guys not come up with ONE original idea?
