Violent J Speaks on John Kickjazz Documentary

Believe it or not, it’s been almost 3 years since Violent J, Shaggy 2 Dope, and Tre Lb put on the Carnival of Carnage show in southwest Detroit!  Being one of the few hundred that got to see it, I can easily say that it was one of the BEST shows I’ve ever witnessed!  (See my review right here.)  But that’s beside the point.

That show had a hefty price tag of $250.00, and with the exclusivity of that performance plus Dog Beats, I was more than happy to pay it.

It was advertised that proceeds from the show would go to put together a documentary for John Kickjazz, long lost 3rd member of the Insane Clown Posse.  Here’s a commercial for the show to jog your memory:

Now like I said, it’s been 3 years since that show, and while I know that documentaries take time to put together, edit, etc, a lot of ninjas have asked if it would ever see the light of day.

The homie John Clark asked Violent J about the documentary on Cameo!  J answered, and revealed another project that is seemingly in the works!  Check out this 3 minute response here:

To recap, J said the following:

  • John Kickjazz was alive during Behind The Paint but J purposely left things out about him because he was mad at him
    • He said he was wrong for this, and feels like the documentary would be the perfect way to tell Juggalos about his life.
  • J said that the documentary has been written and rewritten and pieced together
    • He said once it was laid out, the documentary just seemed very sad.
    • It was sad to the point where he thought viewers would wonder what the point of the documentary even was.
  • A multi-part documentary about the personal and professional lives of the Insane Clown Posse is being worked on
    • it’s a whole career retrospective
    • Will reveal lots of things about their personal lives
    • one of the pieces of the documentary will tell the entire John Kickjazz story.
  • He said that the only way to change the John Kickjazz story would be to lie, and that’s not something they wanted to do.

DAMN!  I don’t have a clue when we should expect any of this, but let’s hope that it comes to fruition!  Keep your fingers crossed ninjas!

There you go all you bitch ass twizzlers out there who used the documentary as a reason so hate on the clowns, there are reasons that business ideas change, they don’t owe you an explanation but all these twizzler hoes wanna act like ICP had this whole plan to trick people into buying tickets then never make the film on purpose, the idea changed that’s what happens so fuck any juffalo ass bitches that wanna hate on the clowns.

Always so quick to defend icp no matter the scam. You’re such a blind, sheep of a ‘fan’ that no matter how much icp consistently promises shit that never happens, you’ll always be there like the faithful little cock sucker puppet you are, saying “hellz ya wh00p wh00p ninjas boo twizzler” you and your stupid bullshit is so easy to predict.

They’re not sorry that they tricked you.

I think J, Shaggy, Rude Boy, and Jumpsteady all sat at the table during the radio show and talked about what happened to and with John after leaving ICP in 1992, so how was it not told in it’s entirety when they took like 2 or 3 hours telling the story, but I can see if they forgot something or left some stuff out. And I get what J was getting at, but we know his major decline, and how bad things we’re, we knew it wasn’t rainbows and unicorn farts, I think to a point that it was such a major reality hit, that the negative in what happened and his life possibly outweighed the positive, maybe not, idk. It sucks that the John Kickjazz documentary isn’t happening, but it’s cool that the ICP documentary is and a John Kickjazz story will be told. I just hate the phrase of “soon” when it comes to ICP, because with them, mostly J soon can be 10 years (yeah I know I exaggerated a little), but it is what it is, and I’ll still check it out when it comes out.

Psychopathic has a lot of things brewing on the back burner and I am hyped for all of it!

    -New Soopa Villainz
    -20th Anniversary Hell’s Pit
    -Possibly 20th Anniversary Shangri-La
-Ultra Live Monster 5 surprises one being the return of the bloody brothers
    -Loony Goons
    -This documentary

Who knows what else! Obviously not all are going to be happening in the foreseeable future. Slowly but surely!

I always thought this documentary was a bad idea. The guy appeared on one record. He raps on like 4 songs. He left the group and became a drug addict and was estranged from icp for like 20 years and then died? Who the fuck wants to watch that movie? I’m sure I’m mistaken on some of the details but I feel like that’s what J described on a weekly freekly or something after he died. Anyway it sucks that they used it as an excuse to charge out the ass for the CoC show but they should just move on

Not surprised. If it is true that it has been written and re-written, they should still put it out. Even in transcript form. J always said throughout Behind the Paint he would tell the good and the bad about ICP. Only reason it shouldn’t see the light of day (if it is indeed written) is if the Ustler family doesn’t want it to be released to the public.
Speaking of Behind the Paint, I’d be far more interested in a part 2 chronicling 2004-Present then a documentary that is more than likely information we already know.

Hasn’t that been “in the works” since like 2015 or something, but we got “Juggalo” by Steve Miller to tide us over?

You can tell BurtMacklin was one of these twizzler cock suckers who was throwing shade at ICP for not doing exactly what he demanded, why else would BurtMacklin get so defensive? Typical twizzler douchebag. J didn’t say it’s never gonna happen he said the plan changed, that’s what self entitled little cock suckers like BurtMacklin need to understand. ICP never tricked me on any issue, maybe they tricked clueless twizzlers like BurtMacklin who couldn’t see the writing on the wall haha BurtMacklin….what a self entitled little douchebag hahaha
