Alright y’all…now for the whole atom bomb of news to drop on your domes!  If you subscribed to ICP’s Patreon for the month of October, then you were probably tuned in to the ICP Seminar that aired tonight up until just a few minutes ago.  We were watching, typing note after note of things that are goin’ down with ICP and Psychopathic Records in the very near future.

For over 3 hours, Violent J, Shaggy 2 Dope, Jumpsteady, and Rudie sat on the couch at J’s house discussing the future of Psychopathic Records.  There are some grandiose ideas that will be crazy dope if they see the light of day!  Especially the Clown Compound…but more on that later.

Since there was so much discussed, I’m just going to post bullet points about them all.  Each definitely deserves their own post, and as more details are released, we’ll most likely do that.  Until then, enjoy….THE NOTES!

  • On the cutting room floor
  • Set out to do the entire story of John Kickjazz only, it ended up being too depressing
    • there was no comeback story for John
    • J was pretty upset about how John left the group so he downplayed his role in Behind The Paint
    • John’s story is best told as a part of ICP’s complete story
  • There will be an ICP Retrospective showing their entire story and all former members of ICP including John Kickjazz, Greez-E
    • Will include things that ICP has gone through great lengths to keep secret
    • ICP trying to shop this documentary to Netflix for their 30 year anniversary
    • If Netflix isn’t interested, ICP will do the documentary themselves.

  • Violent J, Shaggy 2 Dope, will be painting 13 individual pieces
  • Each one of these will be different than the rest
  • Painting will come framed
  • On the back of the frame will be a sack of dirt from the grounds of Picker Forest
  • The link between Picker Forest and the Dark Carnival: infused supernatural elements into their lives
  • Each of the clown head paintings will have J and Shaggy’s blood in it
