Insane Clown Posse’s most political record, Carnival of Carnage (1992), is considered their first release. But, why is there NO mention of the words “Insane Clown Posse” anywhere on the record??

Let’s take a dive into what was going on in the United States in 1991-1992 and examine the record that started the Juggalo movement and wound up changing rap history. We’ll discuss the Inner City Posse, possible censorship by Island Records, and the imagery of the iconic First Joker’s Card.
