If the rest of the album sounds like this, I’m in. Also since lotus was brought up I am curious as to what happened to mars on the OG tales from the lotus pod. Why did they remake it? I feel like 20 years after the fact I should know this but I do not.

He was supposed to sign to PSY but the label he was on wouldn’t let him out of his contract. It think he might have lied to J about being signed to another label. He was actually supposed to open for Twizitd back in 2003 but J stopped that

Highly doubt this will be anything like lotus. Looking/sounding more like a triple threat/driveby image. I was not fan of either. If they do any kind of “lotus super group” they would include AXE on the project. Venomous 5 was a thought at one point but it hasn’t materialized yet. Id look forwards to hearing that though. Wish twiztid would just stick to their dark/horror type shit. Cant ever hate on an artist for exploring other avenues but their rock/metal and gangster shit hurts my ears. Whether sword or hatchet, keep the wicked shit coming. Im only interested in the music. Fuck the politics.

I might just be getting old or whatever, but literally everything MNE puts out sounds the same to me. None of these characters that were created and polished over the years stand out in any way, and I can’t tell if this song was recorded with Gang Rags Rebirth, Casket Factory, one of Twiztid’s 20 albums… again, it might just be me. But I don’t hear anything popping from them.

Hmm idk when hearing this kind of reminds for what Supa Heroes was gonna be mean Eastside Ninjas though could be wrong also isn’t sure how Abk’s involvement with MNE fits in here not saying if he had joined with them
