One of the freshest events that I took part in during the pandemic was last year’s The Float put on by Tom Wood in Mammoth Springs, Arkansas! After the Gathering of the Juggalos was announced a few days ago, Tom wasn’t sure if this year’s Float would still be happening. But thankfully he polled his Facebook audience and found out that a bunch of us STILL want it to happen!
So, it’s back on! The Float II is happening less than 2 weeks from the Gathering of the Juggalos. It starts up on Thursday, August 5th and rolls all the way through Sunday, August 8th. It’s a 4 day event, but the actual “Float” happens on Saturday. Last year we went both Friday and Saturday and enjoyed every minute of it!
Along with floating the river, you’ll have camping, Dark Carnival Games, lots of foods, and live concerts! Check the list of events for this year below:
