Juggalos and Juggalettes…we are onsite at the 21st annual Gathering of the Juggalos! One of the most anticipated releases for this year is Violent J‘s new project titled “Walking Home“! The first edition: “Monday”, was actually made available for purchase in the parking lot here at Legend Valley. I took the opportunity and grabbed it while I had the chance.
The price for the package is $117.00, and it includes a CD Single titled “Monday”, an embroidered backpack, an embroidered beanie, and a comic book that illustrates everything happening in the track.
This will be available to order on PsychopathicVault.com very soon, but if you’re here at the Gathering, you have the chance to pick it up early!
Not to spoil it, but just in case you wanted to see it before getting your hands on it, here are a couple of pictures:

I personally LOVE the track! There are a bunch of special guests in it, but you’ll have to peep it for yourself to find out who!

Love the art, concept, etc…but not for $117. Sorry. Especially for it being just one song, and if the next 4 days’ songs are all gonna be priced/packaged the same.

I still think hats and backpacks are a bit played out, but that j walking logo is actually pretty funny. Also the backpack seems to be decent quality. Disappointed that it’s a on the plain side tho, but hey there’s 6 more days right? Or is just work week days? Legitament question if anybody can answer I appreciate your feedback.
I do hope they come up w some things that are more interesting than backpacks n hats that’s just my opinion.

Violent J stomping his way back home logo is actually laughs! He went from runnin’ with a hatchet to walkin’ like a ratchet! I like it. Cool concept too to release a comic book visual to go with the song. Even the price tag will work for PSY if you do the math even if 1/4 of every potential buyer makes the purchase there’s still a profit to be had so its obviously not made for every1. Even If he flips 1000 copies thats still a cool 117k in the pocket less costs for 1 song and some fluff to go with it. Im way outa the buying merch phase but i do wana hear the story. Ill keep an eye out on apple music so i can still support the artist but if not, then youtube it is!

Honestly, it’s a great look and a great concept but I just want to hear the track without paying $117 for shit I don’t want/need. Shit, I don’t even have a device that plays CDs anymore.

ill prob buy the weekend edition depending on the price.
i can see why this is the price that it is bc it is a limited edition item, meaning for collectors. i just care about the music tho. i hope there’s a ninja with a laptop at the gathering lol

You’re hopeless. How you tryna justify that price? In the other comments you were trying to say that bag was gonna be worth $50 or more. Look at it. Just look.
I’m not hating on the music at all. I haven’t heard it and I want it to be fucking amazing but that fucking bag alone. It looks like some Ali Express shit with nice embroidery. You cannot justify that price for that bundle. $75 maybe. $50 sure… Like you say, it’s a collector’s edition so I get it but never over $100.
He should have released limited edition singles at like $17 each then done the weekend edition with the bag, hat and comic for $117. At least then you’d be getting half an album for your money.
I’m guessing each single is gonna be $117 which is absolutely insane. He could say that he’s gonna sell nuggets of his shit for $1017 each and you’d be like “Yeah but he’s gotta buy food, eat it, shit is out, fish it out of the toilet, bag up the nuggets and then make a comic about it. And it’s directly from Violent J and it’s a collector’s item so yeah it’s totally worth it.”

i agree that there should be an option to buy just the CD or maybe the CD with the comic book. and i was just saying that normally when something “limited edition” then it means it’ll be overpriced. i never said that was okay tho. and i agree that the bag does look pretty awful haha.

My son said every comic book had a drop of Violent J’s diarrhea in the print. If this is true he said this is the most collectible since he started spreading herpes to his his boyfriends
