Rating: “****” (Excellent/Great). Jack Sin & Body Rot are no strangers to Horrorcore Rap. Spending an entire decade working with legends like Esham and Twiztid, these guys from Jackson, Michigan have paid their dues and have seen that pay off for them, too.

This video, which features only Body Rot for the just under three (3) minute duration, works well with the song itself. No gore or guts; just blood (fake) everywhere including on his face. Like the almighty Violent J, he seems to know what facial expressions and actions to use, to ensure that his deranged lunatic appearance works well.

If this were a longer song and maybe with a few key signature changes, I would have wanted to see more, i.e., murder simulations, skull fracturing, stabbing, a small dosage of gore and guts, etc. But at 2:52, this video gets the job done very nicely, and when you know yourself the way Body Rot seems to, you get great results like this video. An all-around excellent job.Grade: C+
