Day 1? This site was up way before that April fools joke. But congrats to Jelly for the achievement. I personally dig that song. I like some of his old shit which he still does but I also like most of his new stuff that acoustic album he put out a few years back was one of the best I’ve ever heard from anyone (IMO). His cover of the Marshall Tucker Band “can’t you see” was wayyyy better than the original. Anyways good for him for getting his!

I don’t think anybody really gives 2 fucks about jellyroll getting gold on a country song. Twz might bc it’s a milestone they have yet to reach on anything. Yeah I went there and said that. Ok I think after like 15 yrs the green book went gold but at least he did it within a yr. But then again it was a country song. Trash genre imo but alot of ppl love it.
