As we get older, one of the most important things that we can do for ourselves is to take steps to get healthier. Ouija Macc saw a need to make a change in his life, and he has hit the ground running…literally! If you’ve seen recent performances from him and compare them to his newest picture, you can tell that he’s already dropped some weight!
He made a post about how he’s eating, his exercise routine, and the positive effects it has on his self-esteem. Though it’s personal for him, I feel like it may help push some of you ninjas to pursue a healthier lifestyle. Check it:

Cause some people want to know:
I’ve been in a caloric deficit for 6 days now…
I’m eating less than 1K calories in a day
I started at 20 & 20 pushups + situps 5X a day but have increased to 25 & 25 with the occasional 30 & 30 in the mix cause I don’t wanna burn myself out and I’m still recovering from a rib/lung injury which I blame on my poor health.
Routine:
I wake up & stretch and have black coffee & water
I hit a set of reps, I jog 1 mile out & 1 mile back while listening to beats (in a sweat suit to make sure I’m sweating like a mf) and I hit another set of reps before have breakfast
After breakfast another coffee & water and another set of reps before work
I work until I remember food exists then I do another set of reps before lunch or dinner depends on how long I been working
After the lunch/dinner I hit another set of reps (that’s 5) and I say “damn bro you did that”
After my workout is done for the day I go back 2 work and work until I’ve accomplished all I can handle. But because I love what I do for a living and get lost in the sauce, this is typically a lot.
after that I’m allowed to play Xbox or watch movies.
Bonus info: I do not eat after 9PM no matter what. And every time I impulsively open the fridge after 9pm it cost me a bonus set of reps just to look at the food i’m not allowed to eat. That def keeps me away from the fridge
Insomnia? Do some more reps… you know what’s better than 5X a day!? 6X or 7X a day. Especially if I’m just laying there overthinking shit or fighting the urge to DoorDash a bucket of tenders & loaded potato wedges.
I will say the first 4 days felt like boot camp but now as an addict naturally I’m becoming addicted to this routine and the mental clarity & physical evolution I’m obtaining through it. I feel fantastic. It’s pretty fire.
I’m looking forward to introducing weight lifting into my weekly routine but I just don’t know enough about it yet and want to give my rib/lung a little more time to heal. Plus the longer i keep my current routine the more I am solidifying this as the foundation & bare minimum from which to take on more
He posted this update today:
I survived a week of this…just starting week 2 today and am now limiting my calories to 1700 or less for this week. But am also increasing my reps to 30 & 30 + adding to my jogging distance.
