“I for whatever reason have always like to listen to hip-hop while I drive. It’s probably why I get stopped for speeding so much. When I’m making an album, I always drive around listening to the demo versions of songs to see if they work, and when I get the master I especially I have to give it the car test,” said Slaine. “‘Loyalty’ is a perfect example of a dope song to throw in the CD player when you start the engine, and turn the volume all the way up.”

“The Boston Project” is a tribute the city of Boston. To aid him in his creative endeavor, Slaine enlisted the help of some of the city’s top talents to work with him on “The Boston Project”. The emcee worked with Boston based producer Lu Balz to put the album together and collaborated with Beantown alumni Termanology, Reks, Esoteric, Ed O.G., Smoke Bulga, Lou Armstrong, Jaysaun, Millyz and many others. Not only is “The Boston Project” is an audio snapshot of life within the city limits, but it’s also a celebration of the wealth of musical talent that the city of Boston has to offer.
