My sister lives down there, just went visitin’, bought my little nephew some Patriots shit. As if having 2 moms wasn’t getting him beat up on the playground enough as is.

* to Slum: my boy went down there with clean up crew from western NC to work after Katrina. He said he’d never seen anything so fucked up as that area. People were still drinking and whoring like usual and almost everyone on the crew got really sick from whatever was in the environment. It paid like $15 an hour and the bus driver drove almost 100 mph the whole way home. My boy was terrified to the core; sick, blazed, and shell shocked lol

Lol I couldn’t really tell man, most of the waterlogged areas were the parts you wouldn’t want to be caught wandering around in if you’re white. I’m told it’s still not back to the way it once was, which is pretty sad if you think about it. We haven’t re-built the area back to it’s poverty stricken glory. Maybe it’s for the best. Nah man I just got wrecked through the french quarter drinkin mostly hand grenades and big ass beers (that’s what they’re called, big ass beers). Had a fun time, if you’ve never been, I highly recommend it.
