Wut yall know about the Holiday Pies from Mc D's those are good. My idea of a good burger would have to be 2 meat patties wit american cheese between them patties with bacon, pickle, mayo ketchup, avacado, chili and mac sauce. Yea with some curly fries that are drenched in chili and cheez. And too wash it all down a 32 oz. Vanilla Shake get some that sounds flippin great i should make that one day. Hot tuna does sound nasty tho eww. haha.

Wut about some Carnitas/picadillo with avacado, cheez, lime juice and a lot of pepper and chile on that. MMMMMMM slap ur mama one time!!!!

That burger sounds dope Preachy, i’d rock that. What do you mean by Holiday pies? I’ve had the pumpkin pies at McDonalds if that’s what you mean, I was trying to think of a Christmas pie they might have had but I’m drawing a blank. Is that like apple with peppermint? I hope to God they never made a mince pie at McDonalds. Mince pie is by far the worlds grossest pie, my family would have it around at Christmas back in the day, all the grandparents loved it. I’d rather eat dirt my friend. Was just curious as to what a holiday pie was. And what’s a carnitta? Whatever it is it sounds dope. Aahhh fuck, I’m hungry again.

Carnitas are like small peices of beef steak like beef fajitas cut up real fine and picadillo is like ground beef with peas and carrots and potatos mixed in it. Its very delicious eaten the way i described.

Holiday pies are like custard pies with sprinkles they sell em here in Tx at Mc D's.they are very good. Down here we got a mixed bag of food being so close to mexico hek i went to MX one time and they were selling tacos by the dozen but they were about ur palms size filled with all kinda goods like nopales and eggs, chorizo and eggs, barbacoa, carnitas with lime and queso blanco man they get down there. They use parts of the cow no one else eats like the tongue, face intestine the lining the skin they rowdy down there. But its mos def tasty.

Carnittas sound dope man, never had one of them. And those custard pies weren’t sold up here at all, we had pumpkin pies in November but that’s it. They sound good though. Last year they had s’more pies but they didn’t last too long. They were pretty good but the apple pie is still my shit man. 2 for 1, I’m bout it bout it homie!! As far as them gettin rowdy down in Mexico, that’s funny shit man. I can picture that. I ate a lambs tongue once in a bar and it was pretty disgusting, but it wasn’t spiced up in any way. I believe they can make anything tasty down there with all the spices they have, I absolutely love Mexican food man. I would prefer, however, that they didn’t tell me what I was eating lol

Man ive had tripas(intestines) that tasted chalky and i was like yo y does this taste chalky and they were like idk i hope we cleaned em right. Ooooooh! stuff was good though as a kid my aunt used to make barbacoa and thats basically cow cheek so they put the whole cow head in a pot and let it boil til the meat fell off imagine that man walking in the kitchen and seeing a whole cow head just chillin. Man here we got tongue on the shelves i scare my daughter with it just a fat cow tongue chillin on the aisle. They sell whole pig heads at walmart here idk if they do that at other walmarts but they do here. We eat all kindsa stuff i got a holmie who crossed illegally back in the day and dude said he ate armadillos and rabbits on his way over he said he popped off the shell with a knife put it on the fire and ate it dudes a beast.

Damn man, we don’t have ANY of that up here at WalMart. If you wanted tongue you would have to order it online, no store up here sells that shit. I have a friend who’s literally addicted to pig feet, and he has to drive to Providence, RI to get them in some specialty store. They had ’em in liquor stores up here for awhile but nobody bought them so they stopped. I personally never tried one, the smell alone is enough to make me gag up vomit. As far as a cows head just chillin in the kitchen, people might call the cops on you for some shit like that up here lol. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with that, it would just freak some people out, trust me. That’s some Texas Chainsaw shit homie, remember the first one way back in the day? They picked up the weirdo hitchhiker and when they drove by the slaughterhouse he started to talk about head cheese? Dude, that shit was creepy to me. Do they really make cheese out of the head too? I can definetly believe that they do, I’ve just never seen it and always wondered when I watched that movie if people actually ate that. I think it’s pretty cool you guys have all that stuff down there, it’s definetly different man.

I would love to get some BBQ down in Texas sometime before I die. Hopefully. Lockhart, TX I will make a note of that. Any place in particular that’s a must try? I’m only asking because I just added that to my bucket list homie. Where’s the best spot at Preachy?

I would have to say Smitty's is the best and u get that expirience with the restraunt of a indoor fire pit when u walk in and they cut the meat in front of u a dude with sideburns and and elvis haircut slices up the meat and hes all sweaty cuz they got the fire pit right there and u walk into the dining area and get ur pickles cheez and sweet tea then get u some blue bell ice cream for dessert. Its a great time very Tx.

That sounds awesome Preachy, thank you. When I get down that way I’ll hit you up on here and we’ll go man if you want, get fat and all that. I’m already there, but, you know. Fatter. Thanks for the recommendation homie, always wanted to get some BBQ in Texas, even up North we know the South kicks our ass BBQ wise. Not that Texas Chainsaw gas station BBQ though, I’m all set with that man. And if I see any hitchhikers while I’m in Texas, sorry to say, they’re shit out of luck!!!

yeah, sorry texasites, but you wont catch me there.  theres some cool people, just like anywhere else, but texas is loaded with racist asswipes, hyperchristian jerks who disapprove of everything, shallow idiots who think theyre the bomb [actually, california has many of these as well…], wannabe cowboys, antebellum-like southerners [all proud of their gentlemanly good breeding and shit], and texas-pride wackos that literally think texas should be its own nation.

and lets not forget the dallas cowboys.

  awfully paranoid, arent you?

Thats all the strereotypes u just said i dont know wut show u are watching but where i live theres alot of Mexicans and its more on the hispanic culture than anything. We got real ranchers that have farms and of course we got rodeos in certain places but in my part on the Southwest and Central part its not full of racists  at all. That one that wants Texas to be a nation is nuts not everyones like that. And it aint country everywhere. I live a rural city but im between 2 very industrious cities Austin and San Antonio. But ur entitled to ur opinions.

i dont have a problem with hispanic culture, i like hispanic culture [not a popular view among non-hispanics in texas.  certainly not when i was there].  what i have problems with, are the factors i listed.

for the secession thing, im well aware that not everyone is like that, that is why i referred to them as wackos.  the fact that anyone feels that way is absurd enough.

i said nothing at all about how urbanized the place is, or isnt.
