Mail men usually use mace, I’m sure the dude had mace so he could have sprayed the dog and was there really any need to keep shooting? The dude told the officer not to shoot because he could calm the dog down and the dude obviously was fully cooperative since he put the dog away and turned around to let them arrest him. So they know they could have let him calm the dog down and put it back in the car with out any bull shit. They shot his dog over biased bullshit.

I was pretty sad about seeing that dog die though, wish somebody would shoot that officer so we can watch him twitch and cry in pain. Plus the owner is using that dog as a martyr to sue the police station for money AGAIN.
