I'm kinda freakin out fam. I have galucoma- had it for years and I've been maintaining it with eye drops and sometimes minor surgery. Well I had a scare yesterday. I was out for a run (I like to go running, it helps w/ stress, plus I'm trying to lose weight) and my eyes started hurting and fogging up. I know that means my eye pressures are too high, but WTF, I've been taking my drops on the regular. I have an appointment with my doc this friday so I'll tell him everything. When I got back from running, I put drops in and the pressure went down. But, I think I may be borderline or pre-diabetic...which does affect a person's eyes (my mom has diabetes, she almost died from complications a few years ago). Even last month my doc asked "are you diabetic?" because my eyes are getting fucked up. So, I've really been putting forth a new effort to lose weight. Around the time my mom got sick, seeing her get so bad and almost dying was a wake-up call and I was 250 lbs, always tired, and couldn't fit into any of my clothes. So I gave up soda, picked up DDP Yoga, and later on running and lost 40lbs. I started slacking off but I would still avoid the super sugary things because they give me a headache. Even juice! I can't drink juice, anymore. All I drink is tea (black, like my heart LOL) and water. I started using an app last weekend to track what I'm eating and I actually feel better on a 1,200 calorie diet. I don't even feel deprived! But yeah, I'm worried, I'm scared I have diabetes, I'm scared I'll go fukkin blind, and I'm scared of gaining all that weight back. (side note: I'm not afraid of gaining muscle tho. If I end up weighing 165lbs but look 130, I'm straight.)
Sorry for the great wall of text, I just needed to let it all out. Prayers are always welcome- regardless of who you pray to.

Health & happiness, @Rizzle ! If I worshiped anything it would be science, so these helpful databases are as close as I get to prayer:
http://nutritiondata.self.com/
https://www.livestrong.com/article/373313-benefits-and-dangers-of-stevia/
P.S. Stevia might help. It's a zero-calorie sweetener that's made from leaves, has been used for centuries, and "...According to Drugs.com, stevia promotes weight loss by providing a low-calorie option to satisfy sugar cravings. A study published in the January 2004 edition of “Metabolism” showed that taking a 1 g stevioside capsule may reduce blood sugar levels after meals..." Worth asking your doctor about?

Krunk lies she prays to the idea of Trump's wall. Kind of like that cult on Attack on Titan but they actually had a wall, she prays to the idea of that wall. If you've ever seen that show you know damn well that wall will never keep those obnoxious Canadians out. They will eventually break in and start devouring all of our jobs. Look at Rosco! Came in and took a good Faygoluvers job that should have gone to a good wholesome American juggalo. Such a shame.

Don't try to keep the truth hidden behind a wall, Krunk. We all know that magnificent barrier of divine energy has grabbed your spirit by the pussy and provided you with a sense of purpose and belonging while blocking the toxicly fowl Canadian monsters from poisoning your world with overly polite gestures, politically correct language and worst of all their tolerance of strange genders that seem like they were completely made up by children playing make believe. Ooohhh, those Canadians are slimy little devils. Could you imagine if they started breeding with American's? They'd create a generation of Rob Tidwells!

Thanks homie. I was curious about that. I don't smoke and according to NYS law I'd have to be dying of cancer just to get my hands on some. If it was legal tho, I'd probably toke up to help my minor anxiety/stress issues. I'd love to be able to go jogging all high and shit. fukkin skippin down the road w/ my galaxy leggins on like la de da muddafukkas!

First off, you live in NY? That's my home state. A friend of the family just obtained his NYS med card. However, don't waste your time. I could go on all night about NY marijuana, but let's just say that it was designed to fail by crafty politicians. You're better off moving. Details just ask me, I know too much about the spectrum of retardation.
Second, glaucoma is one of the first ailments that was proven to be alleviated using cannabis. Perhaps you could look into moving to either Massachusetts, Maine or maybe Vermont. The best bet is Maine, as they are set and ready to roll.
Medical and Recreational marijuana is such a mess in every different state, that I could go on for hours. Self cultivation is another good thing to look into. Rick Simpson Oil (RSO) is one of the best medicines known. It's a high potency indica-based oil that Rick Simpson teaches you to make on your own. That's how you know it's legit: he doesn't get money from any of it. He simply teaches the knowledge. That old, "give a man a fish" theory.

Attack on titan is the fucken shit.
Rizz try cutting out meat or dairy. Processed foods fasho.
Ull loose weight like crazy. The good way
Carbs are ur friend
Fish are friends not food.
I never knew my father.
Sugar aint as bad as ppl make it and stevia is bad for u, so is agave syrup.
I lost dumbass weight going vegan and such. U dont have to but the more of that nasty good shit u cut out the more come off and stays off.
Right now im just vegetarian. I think vegetarian is pretty much pointless. But its a stepping stone.
Put actual feasible checkpoints and goals and dont let ur self down. One thing at a time dont go back. Believing in urswlf and being able to rely on urself i think is key to discipline.
If u cant rely on urself who can u rely on?
Oh and meat and dairy is like the worse thing for diabetics. The ADA is a whore to food corporations.. Sponsorship
Look up those docs on netfilx everyones watching it explains it pretty well
I think its called "What the health" and "forks or knives" or some shit.
And burn that shit bruh!
Edit: nonsense.

1. That non-sequeter made me LOL
2. I like your JTHM avatar. Your post reminded me of this little gem "I wanted to make some rice krispie treats, but I had no butter! NO BUTTER!! I cried and cried, but no butter came."
3. I'm working on increasing veggies. I also try to avoid anything w/ high fructose corn syrup in it- I notice when I consume it, I feel sick, lethargic, and have massive headaches. Thanks for the info homie :)

I'm in the mohawk valley area. Sometimes I wish I could move (fukkin cuomo, I hate that two-faced faggot!) but my hubby and I have some strong ties here. I'll still check out that Rick Simpson. I'm always up to learn new things.

Hey there I just read your thread. Doctors usually prescribe eye vitamins. Haven't your doctor prescribe one to you? These eye vitamins are important for people who are diabetic or people who have glaucoma, amd and those who spend long hours in front of computers. I personally had CVS which stands for computer vision syndrome. My eyes blurred and I got constant headaches upon long hours of using the computer at the office. I used a supplement containing antioxidants lutein and zeaxanthin that protect the eye and the macula. I was just reading about the supplement I took Zealut-Dena . You could check the information on their website. They have interesting facts about what could you do to help maintain healthy and functioning eyes. I also recommend you to get a blood test to check your glucose levels since you have the diabetic gene from your mother. I hope you feel better

I gots the diabetes last summer and I thought I had cancer I lost like 70 pounds but they put me on pills and I am good now just measured my blood and I was a 5.9 when they first discovered I had it I was at like 26 and had to spend the whole day at the hospital on a drip.
my problem now is that I have too much blood and that makes me into one of the weirdo's that does not feel the cold and wears shorts in the winter but my heating bill is pretty much non existent and that's great.
