Bachelors degree, glad I got it. Now I have a high paying job and the heaviest thing I lift is my coffee. Beats labor type jobs I had in the past, can tell ya that. Fuck that shit.
that also explains why you are morbidly obese and have had several heart attacks.. well part of the reason is also that the heaviest thing you actually lift is triple bypass burger. On a serious note, hows the getting healthy going?
Also cheers omd, i learnt something today!

I’m not fat anymore Novo, and I miss that shit. Having a heart attack really hurts, trust me on that, and i’ve only had one by the way. One was enough, trust me. I don’t know how i’m gonna die any more than anyone else does, I would just like to not pass away in extreme pain. So the getting healthy shit is still in effect. I still eat bug ass burgers and steaks, I just don’t do it everyday anymore. I was never morbidly obese either, but I was definitely overweight, not anymore though. Sometmes I miss it, sometimes I don’t.

Keep it up pat. It’s a way better way to live man. I bet you generally feel a lot better everyday now

I guess I need to lay off all the twinkies and ding-dongs and pop tarts. I don’t want no issues like that. McDonalds and fast food I don’t really eat often but its the munchies I’m grabbing. Cheez-its, granola bars, gushers, ice cream sandwiches.
Like Slum I got my PHD too. And a Bachelors in computer science. Been working a different job though that pays well and I’ve been there for a few years now. There’s other things I’m interested in pursuing in life.

I got my bachelors degree in magazine journalism, which was a huge waste of time and money. I learned nothing, it does nothing to advance my career in a completely unrelated field, and I don’t recommend college to most people unless you have a specific job in mind (like being a nurse, a pilot, a teacher) where you have to have a specific education. During my junior year, I did the Walt Disney World College Program, where I moved to Florida and worked at Epcot for about 7 months. That was the best decision I ever made regarding my education, and I learned more in those 7 months than I learned in the 4 years of classroom time combined.
The closest I’ve come to using my journalism degree is doing reviews for Faygoluvers haha

That was my point exactly. Not trying to make you feel bad for it or anything, cause that’s the way the game is set up. If you walk on most campuses and ask each student individually what they’re going to do with their degree….they have no idea.
You’re still young…be glad you know that shit now; opposed to ten years from here.
