Hmm, didn't know two groups were on this. I thought it was all the same guy I've been seeing do the progress reports. If one million fans bought just one share, they'd be done with it. I like the idea and think the funding part would be the easiest part of the thing. The *legal stuff is where I think the roads would fork...
There is a Juggalo Ranch in Colorado that someone told me about after I made this public. They sound pleasant and have an good hearts. They are accepting donations with a crowd funding site.
Our project is much different. I hope they are as successful as we have been.

darren, youre a cool guy, so i dont really want to tell you this, but im extremely skeptical.
(Please be skeptical. I wouldn't trust most people with my money. There will be plenty of checks and balances and transparency with this. I have nothing to hide, and am only the face of this for now. We will eventually find a better president to keep this thing going once we find that special homie)
mainly, the math is loaded with assumptions. the biggest being that there are a million juggalos, with disposable income, who are willing to get in on it.
(I was recently told the number of Juggalo's that would go to a show, a GOTJ or buy a few bucks worth of anything to be between 30,000 to 60,000. That is enough, but not at 1 share each, but our average is much higher than one. at 60,000 Juggalo's, 17 shares per homie will do the damn thing.)
i strongly doubt that there are a million juggalos, period.
you can fairly say 'if a million people put up two bucks each, well have two million bucks!' the key word there is 'if'.
one could just as easily say, 'if twenty people put up a hundred grand each...'
yes. if.
( I know, if. But I will find out how many homies believe in the Island)
thats just the tip of the iceberg, as far as my misgivings. there are many more things that need to be addressed.
( We need plenty of help, That is why we have an entire forum for the shareholders. A place to air out the details, find out who is still on board after a firm business plan. Also why I said a money back gurantee, with a lack of a firm plan, if anyone doesn't like a decision we vote towards, I don't want any hard feelings.)
but ive tried not to express myself too loudly, as i dont want to influence it negatively, just in case it does ramp up [have you plotted how long to meet the goal at the current rate? its quite a while. ramping up would be pretty much necessary].
(I appreciate the citicism, and not trying to be too negative. Any new business will require plenty of work to get it off the ground. This idea goes way way back with most of the family, but putting pen to paper will be the not fun business part we will have to get through to protect our culture)
as i say, @waffleshouseguy , i like you, i think your hearts in the right place, but honestly, enthusiasm is about the only thing these projects have going for them. based on what ive seen so far.
(Thanks homie, That is all the support I need for now. I hope the family working on this impresses you along the way.)

@scottied yea your right. I didn't read it. lol. but regardless if its and island, or land, I just don't see it working out. Not to shit in anybodys cornflakes or nothing, but I just don't see it happening. wishful thinking though. It would be chaos.
I hope you are wrong and it isn't chaos. In all my gatherings I would say the amount of love outweighed every negative thing that happened. Outside of GOTJ times, I would suppose it vould be like any other campground with the exception of better music. If we have as many good hearted homies as possible involved, I think we can counteract any problem.

side note: you oughtta hang here more often. the forum is a magical place, when the monkeys arent smearing excrement all over it.

So I bought 10 shares when this started in 2014 @$2 a share.
I just logged into the account after receiving an email from Butterfly Investment Group...
Butterfly Investment Group
Estimated Share Value
$81.22
% up from $2: 3961 %
My $20 investment is now worth $812.20
Maybe I should sell? or should I hodl it?
The company is offering NQA buyback at 75% of value or you could sell on market exchange and get more but selling on exchange is not immediate and subject to fluctuations.

I went ahead and sold via the NQA buyback. It came to over $600. I did the 75% thing since I didn't want to mess with dealing with an exchange. All in all, not bad for an initial $20 investment.
The value could keep going up but it also has the possibility of going down.

now take your original investment and buy some dogecoin with Elon Musk and Gene Simmons pushing it a $20 investment in a penny stock could pay back huge especially if you hold onto it for a few years.
