I think the biggest problem today is "morals" are politically driven by the government and the media and there are too many lemmings believing EVERYTHING they hear from said sources. The world as a whole has become intolerant and we avoid those we don't agree with like they are lepers. As human beings we fail to remember that there are good and bad people from every race, creed , country , religion and sexual preference out there and it is up to decent people to stand up for what is truly right and wrong and toss aside personal opinions because basic personal preferences ARE NOT morals they are just that.

A Christian praying doesn't effect anyone unless they let it. A homosexual living their preferred lifestyle effects no one but them and the person they are involved with. So why do we as human beings feel it is our right to judge personal preferences as if they were basic morals?

We ALL know what is right and wrong for the most part. Your choices are what makes you who you are whether it be a decent person or a piece of shit, but preference choices that effect no one but you should never determine how people label you. Your basic sense of morality and decency on a HUMANE level should be that meter.

All of this is pretty much spot on but i'd disagree on that part. I'd argue that the world(well a good chunk of it anyways) is becoming much more tolerant as time goes by. We have come a long way as far as human rights. Woman aren't property anymore. We have a black president and now gay people are feeling like they don't have to hide anymore.

When I was in high school there were literally only 2-5 openly gay students that I knew about. Like I just happen to live in a magic spot where there were no gay people. High school is a very harsh fucking place and they shouldn't have to feel like they gotta hide that shit.

 

How do yall feel about the whole bathroom talk going on? Should Transgenders or any other variation(i can't keep up anymore) have their own bathrooms or should they be allowed to use the bathroom of the gender they identify with?

I feel like they need their own bathrooms. I wouldn't be comfortable with a man who thinks hes a woman going into a public bathroom with my 11 year old daughter, and I think many people feel the same way. I'm sure a good majority just wanna piss/shit, but there are some sick mother fuckers out there, let's not kid ourselves.... I see arguments on this online and if you feel like I do you get shamed and guilt tripped.

I'm not ashamed of the way I feel and I won't apologize for it. Ever. Nobody should. It's good that we are having this dialogue as a collective though.

On a personal note? I think the whole transgender wanting to use the bathroom of their "gender identity" is a crock of shit. Not that I am against transgender but I don't want them being able to use the bathroom in the same bathroom as my daughter if they still have a ding dong.

As a parent I wouldn't want me or my wife to have to explain to my underage daughter why "that lady stands up to pee" and don't for a second tell me that wont happen because there wont be urinals. All they have to do is see a glance of shoes FACING the toilet under that 1-2 foot gap between the floor and the stall bottom. It is simply a conversation a kid should never have to have before high school. HOWEVER I will avoid such situations with my children if I can.

All this shit is a power/control tactic. Divide and conquer. We are all one on this planet, just children of the earth and sun.

Drag queens are not the same thing as trans people. Trans people will swear up and down that they are "not gay".... and yet feel comfortable shielding themselves under their umbrella whenever the shit storms they cause start raining down... Bisexuality is a myth that only applies to women (cuz doing "gay shit" is pretty much like what the black community says about mixed race people, "If you got a DROP in ya, then you're black!". I whoop whooped you for the first part but I got to make a correction on you.

You're right that drag and trans are not the same thing but you're wrong to use the quotes on not gay. Some trans people are, some aren't. Gender identity is not connected to sexual orientation. A lot of trans women ARE lesbians. I think it's actually higher in the trans community than in the general population, so higher than about 10 percent. And bisexuality isn't a myth. It is something that has been common in human history since the beginning of time. Homophobic views on sexuality are what create mentalities like the "one drop rule" you describe. Sexuality is a lot more diverse and a lot more fluid. People are attracted to a whole lot of different aspects of a person and only part of that is based on gender. For monosexual people (people only attracted to one gender) it's a bigger chunk but that certainly doesn't mean that it's the only deciding factor. Even people who identify as all gay or all straight might feel attraction to people whose gender they misread. 

This is kinda out dated and problematic for a lot of reasons but it's a pretty basic example of sexual variance.

I don't know what you mean about non biologically transgender people, but all trans people are inherently part of the LGBT community because they are the T in that community. Trans people have been at the forefront of fighting for LGBT rights in this country from the beginning. Stonewall was started by Trans people, for example.

I don't think buck angel is intersexed, I think he's a trans man who was assigned female at birth, but I don't know very much about him. He should definitely 

86's bigotry aside, there are a lot of issues with trying to make blanket statements about where people pee. Trans women who are forced to use male restrooms are often beaten and raped. That shouldn't happen. People should go pee where ever they feel safe.

I do know that if everyone is going wherever the fuck they want, I should be able to enter the women's bathroom as a straight man. Maybe I'll just start saying im Trans just so I can do some pervy skirt watching. I'm starting to like this idea more and more.
