saw a clip of proof rapping at riddlebox release party on youtube which lead to me clicking on a link for eminem dissing icp the one with the blow up dolls on stage em claims its the first time icp played a stadium that big got sum laughs i thought well has he played woodstock so i search, eminem woodstock, insane clown posse ftw at woodstock is the first video to pop up made me laugh

The Peoria Convention Center wasn’t a stadium, I agree, but was about the same size as the place eminem was playing in where he dissed them. My first ever gathering, place was a war zone the final night. Shit was crazy.

with the exception of the novi expo center, every convention center ive ever been to had a stadium directly attached to it. 5 out of 6.
[edit] i mean, i suppose if you want to distinguish between an arena and a stadium because it had a roof on it, but then, who plays at roofless stadia?

Woodstock name came from the company Woodstock ventures that was promoting a 3 day music festival called An Aquarian Exposition.I guess woodstock just stuck.Also a city in new york and yes a bird..

I didn’t really consider that a stadium, a stadium is bigger to me. But, of course, just my opinion. I consider a stadium more like something where a football team would play, open air or not. The Peoria Convention Center was big, but it wasn’t necessarily huge.

I’m not sure, it was on the up in smoke tour DVD and some of my friends used to put it on to piss me off back in the day. No one else I knew liked ICP, same as today. But, from the video I could tell that it wasn’t any bigger than where ICP played in Peoria. Eminem did have a point, he played those places every night and ICP played them once a year, but eminem was radio/MTV friendly and not underground at all. But to say they never played a place that big at all is pure bullshit.
