Does anybody know where their is info on how many records have been sold of each ICP album. I think they are on pace to make some monumental history as far as most gold or better albums recorded(in hip hop).

Lol ... You don't think they keep track of that sort of thing? Pretty sure we'd have heard about it if they even close.

Shangri-la sold over 500k, ready to be certified by RIAA as a GOLD album

Bang! Pow! Boom! over 150K when i checked in February 2010 on SoudScan

Carnival Of Carnage sold over 500k, ready to be certified by RIAA as a GOLD album

Great Milenko - 2 million copies in USA really soon = Double Platinum

Ringmaster sold over 1 million copies (500k for Island release and 500k for Psychopathic Records release, but can't be certified for Platinum, only 2x Gold)

I remember hearing somewhere that these #s dont count copies sold direct by PSY like at shows and whatnot.  Can anyone confirm?

correct sales at concerts dont count towards soundscan only majors like Best Buy, Amazon(Im not sure if digi sales are factored in or are in their own category)

Well then ICP has probably sold well past the listed amounts. I remember Beverly Kills being carried by FYE 12 years ago, and it still is...Ive just always been curious to know the sales of some of those early EPs

Yeah a lot of artists would have more gold/platinum plaques on their walls if all sales were counted but that's how it is.....soundscan only counts major chains like walmart, target, best buy, amazon, Hastings and whatever other major chains haven't died yet. Mom and pop store sales usually don't get factored in either.
