... change my mind?

If Jamie & Paul were born in Warner-Robbins, GA instead of Michigan, they would have been Brooks and Danny.

Fans of Rehab are aware of the "ADrugCalledRehab" song collections. They have so many great, unique tracks. Just two dudes that met in a mental health institution and made music together.

Whatcha think?

Nope. I can prove it, because, well, I haven't had a record player in like 15 years.

Let's do a little test for my theory. I could be wrong. Let's compare some similar category songs from each camp and discuss which you prefer, or which one you think got the point across better, or sounded better, etc..

Both camps are (were) two white rappers who rapped. One from the midwest, one from the south. Both dabbled in live instrumentation down the road, but started as just rapping over beats. All 4 rapped (very well), and both of the heavier guys in each group, Danny Boone and Jamie Madrox also sang at times (very well).

So here were have early Twiztid in their younger days with a track about general despair and the modern human condition.

Then we have Rehab with their own spin on a similar worldview ...

Here is Twiztid discussing how they are viewed and what they are about.

Then Rehab explaining their idea of what they were about then..

Here is Twitid in their later years experimenting with rock more often..

And here is Rehab after Brooks Buford left and Danny formed a band.

I could go on all day. Theres some things I dont like about each group. Twiztid's use of "nigga" for so long.... Danny Boone's occasional Christian lyrics, despite him questioning it all at times. But both are great groups.
