Show me any case where this happened. Court documents. Papers. Anything that said, "this person listen to this music, therefore not even shared custody."  

I'm fairly certain there are cases where spouses tried to use the 'juggalo' thing to win custody. I'm skeptical that it's ever been a huge factor in losing custody. IE, nobody losing their kid just because they are a juggalo with no other offenses. Then again, it's probably hard to find a case like that where the juggalo is completely innocent. If you're with somebody that is vindictive or delusional enough to try and use that to win custody, or that wants to prevent you from seeing your own kid in general, you probably are not the type of person that makes the best life decisions. Or you probably shouldn't be raising a kid anyways. Well, technically people that split up especially in that manner shouldn't have had kids in the first place according to statistics, but life is a complicated and unpredictable thing and who should or shouldn't have kids should be a judgement reserved for the most extreme cases.
