this life is fucking ridiculous. politicians are all corrupt, bunch of murdering bastards. everything i do is wrong or imperfect. i’m sick and tired of hearing people tell me it’s not good enough or i need to do less of this and more of that. i’m fucking tired of trolls on the internet saying terrible shit to people and not considering how their hateful words might affect that person. i’m sick of trying to lose weight by exercising and eating better but never losing a decent amount of weight. 2 weeks of dieting and i lost 5 pounds. whoop dee fucking doo. im sick of hearing about coronavirus, im sick of hearing people saying it’s been blown out of proportion while the news says otherwise. who the fuck can you believe anymore? but if it isn’t coronavirus, it’s assholes walking into schools and other public places and shooting everybody up and then offing themselves before they can get arrested. don’t sit in the sun too long, it’ll give you cancer, drinking too much milk gives you kidney stones, i mean, fuck. kiss my fucking ass.
i won’t lie. sometimes i just want to die. or maybe just runaway from everything i know now and start over somewhere else. but i’m sure it would just be the same shit everywhere. so what’s the point? all grown up and medicated. people above you pointing their middle fingers down at you because they think they’re superior. if i could the the fire in my soul and unleash it on the world, there’d be nothing left.

I’ve been there, man. Shit sucks sometimes.
Sometimes you don’t give a fuck. It’s easier to just say fuck it and give up. But that’s just for now. Every shitty thing in life (and every good thing in life) is just for now.
Losing 5 pounds in 2 weeks is actually quite a bit of weight, man. Dieting and exercise is hard. But look at the math on that:
In one month you’ll have lost 10 pounds.
In two months you’ll have lost 20 pounds.
Plus, if you’re lifting, you’re gaining muscle. So even if your WEIGHT doesn’t go down, the amount of fat on your body will.
It takes a crazy amount of dedication to be able to diet when you’ve been feeling as shitty as you describe. If you’re dedicated enough for that, you’re dedicated enough for a lot of things.
Keep on keeping on homie. Nobody hear wants to see you gone, even the shit-talking trolls.

Damn. A bit of positivity. I guess you got a good point on the weight thing. Thing now is I can’t get to the gym- it’s all been closed down. I’ve just been walking around my block a few times instead. Thanks @piggofdoom
