I completely agree. I go to work to get shit done and earn money, not to play the back stabbing politics game. I do have to say though, my favorite coworker was Nathan from the Jr. High I used to work at. The day parents came to sign their children up for school we went into the utility closet to grab something and as soon as the door shut that dude said, “alotta milfs” just randomly. That dude is awesome.

I think you just have to deliver the truth right, try not to be offensive, and don't just randomly point out people's flaws because that's just being an asshole.

I mean, if you have a friend that's fat and you are concerned for their health, you can politely tell them that you are concerned for their health and that perhaps they should consider a diet.

If you just walk up to a fat person and say, “you're fat” now that is being kind of rude.

To be fair, I used to suck at making music, I got much better. But to be honest, when I sucked at making music a knew deep down that I did suck.
