Would that get left on the boards since I'm interacting with it?
The spam posters do not go back to their threads and check if anyone responds. If you want that passport then just click on the links they post. Most of the links stop working after about a day since the products they push are generally counterfeit or illegal. You will be giving someone who has no problem with criminal activity your credit card number, though.

Scruffy might be shitty at dealing with things but he was far from Tyrannical. You go to any other forum and a lot of this shit would not be tolerated. If anything Scruffy was the only who attempting to do what a moderator is supposed to do. If you want to see tyranny point towards Warlock's moderation.

Scottie asked me who I would suggest. I have in the past suggested Lucem and Slumerican but I figured that may be due to some bias on my part so I threw it on here with the preferred requirements (time wise) to see who was interested and I would just pass all names on to Scottie.

There is PLENTY of people I didn't mention, you have a limited spectrum of FLH members.
Every year it's a new flush of people here...some "disappear", some "return" some make new accounts and "start over" don't think for one second that the current "actives" are a full representation of FLH forums.

Not sure. It may have been me, may not have been. I do not keep track. I frequently wake up between 1am and 4am. There are some administration tasks I have to do with the servers for my job that can't be done during the day. I can't do it every night though. Over the last 3 days, I have deleted close to 50 spam posts. They hop IP's too since when I see the same account posting, I ban the IP but they jump on again a few minutes later under a different account on a different IP. It always get worse as we approach the Gathering. It dies down about a month after the Gathering.
