Sitting in the break room at work. Eating cereal at 9pm. 1/4th through my shift and things are going well.
Decided to get back into MTG; waiting for a deck I ordered to come on the mail. Plus working on some Commander format decks. And found a few cards worth 50-100 bucks a pop that I didn't realize were so valuable.
Also trying to find a way to learn how to drive; I'm almost 30 years old and I don't have my license. It sucks. But I grew up dirt poor with nobody in my family being able to afford a car, so I don't have any family to teach me. And with my work hours I'm basically awake 4pm to 8am every day which makes it hard to find shit within those hours.
My plan is to get my license, then get a motorcycle endorsement on it then by a sports bike. Hopefully I can get my license next month. The endorsement by the end of the year and then worry about saving up for the bike after the new year

Having some green tea before work. I don't like coffee like I thought I did... I think I like the idea of coffee more than the reality. Coffee usually just gives me one or all of the following: jitters, a hard crash, anxiety and the shits. I suppose the folks who drink it every day are more immune, but caffeine is a drug. Green tea doles it out at a more tolerable level for me.

According to the Mayo Clinic, the safe amount of caffeine per day is 400mg. ( https://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/nutrition-and-healthy-eating/in-depth/caffeine/art-20045678 )
The coffee I drink is called Death Wish Coffee and has 728 mg per 12oz cup. ( https://www.caffeineinformer.com/caffeine-content/death-wish-coffee ) I usually have 2 or 3 of the 12 oz cups a day.
Just one cup is considered "Dangerous" levels of caffeine.
I guess I am used to it. Never gives me jitters or anxiety or anything. I don't think I've ever had anxiety so maybe it only accentuates what is already there.

wondering are your shelves really empty?I see these pics and videos of empty shelves in grocery stores across America, I see articles saying it's just going to get worst
it's not happening in Canada yet but everything getting more expensive
Nope, never, not at all. American capitalism will not allow this. You will never know what true hunger is. Neither will most of us. Even when I ate dry cat food in a hunting shack, I wasn't truly dealt with hunger.

I don't wanna see a food shortage but man I would love there to be a toy shortage around Christmas, I could make an easy $5,000 if that happens, I got so many damn toys all mint in package that I bought for next to nothing everything from LOL Surprise to Camp Rock Jonas Brothers dolls, Star Wars Black series, sealed play-doh, sealed creepy crawlers, Marvel legends, 100's of Funko's, like 100 board games, Fortnite figures, all stuff that will sell easily at a premium if there is a toy shortage.
I also bought over 100 video games in the past 30 days alone, any game I find complete for $3 or under I pickup I got 22 PS3 games for $40 just a few days ago and I don't even own a PS3.

they use to say that in Venezuala too at one point that country was loaded now they eat their family pets how did it happen you might ask??
Political corruption, chronic shortages of food and medicine, closure of businesses, unemployment, deterioration of productivity, authoritarianism, human rights violations, gross economic mismanagement and high dependence on oil
sounds like America and Canada right now

No, we're doing fine.
Like I said, most of yall will never know true hunger. And I'm glad you won't. I don't wish that upon you all.

here in Canada I gotta say fuck this inflation
$7.99 for a frozen pizza
$4.99 for iceberg lettuce
$2.99 for an English cucumber
my mom likes those stouffers microwavable meat loafs they used to be $2.99 each or 2 for 5 now they are 4.99 each or 2 for 9
a box of golden grams is $6.99
just last year I was paying $25 for a pack of smokes and 12 pack of beer now I am paying $32
gas is higher too, not as high as it is in the states but still much worst than last year
and then add in the shrinkflation where you pay the same for less, like you used to get a box of oreo cookies for $4 it had 15 cookies now it's 18 cookies for the same price except each cookie is slightly smaller, soon it will go back to the 15 cookies but they will stay with the smaller ones, of you buy a jar of peanut butter and its the same size except the bottom has a huge dent in it meaning there is less peanut butter.

Smoking a fat blunt. Waiting for some 3d prints to finish up and a friend to confirm that she got some money I sent her.
Cool. Resin or Filament?
I recently bought a small CNC Laser cutter. Actually it was just the parts and I had to build it. Still have a long way to go. It is bare bones and has no safety features. Next part of the project is setting up the air assist and fume extractor. The final part will be building the enclosure.
