I've developed "coital cephalgia" out of nowhere. It began as I had sex with my wife last week. The worst head pain I've ever had. A week later I tried to bust a nut on my own and the pain returned, increasing as I got closer to climax. I couldnt due to the pain in my head. I had a searing, jackhammer headache for like 2 hours before I passed out and woke up with the pain still there. I still have it but wayyyy less. I am terrified to ejaculate lol.

Once I go to work (first day back in like a week) I'll get my schedule and plan a doctors visit. No health coverage God damn I love this America.

I'm fine with never busting a nut for the rest of my life, if it means never having that pain again.

Ever get an ice cream headache...? Maybe you sipped your slushie too fast and got a four minute owwy? Imagine a regular sized snowman. You dont eat his bottom half... maybe the midsection sized part of him, all at once. Definitely bigger than the head.... so you are experiencing the "brain freeze" from that, while simultaneously there are three thug imps beating the top and back and sides of your skull like a gong. Multiply that by exactly 6x. Then you have the headache that I have had the pleasure of ensuring lately. The icing on the cake is that this increases the closer you get to ejaculation. And then you simply cannot, because the first time that you actually achieved it, you fell on the bathroom tiles in a pain fugue state while your wife called out to you.

All you religious ninjas up in here, I say fuck off. There is no God, your life is a lie, and I'd ask you to choke on my dick but I dont want my skull to explode.

Damn I never heard of such a thing, I hope it's something you can combat over time, keep ya head up brother.

Yeah, I'd 100% never heard of it, either.

Here is some sort of good news. Everyone in this little area has been sick lately. Some, like my oldest daughter, had vomiting even. Lots of different yet similar ailments. I talked to my coworker who is a younger female today, she ALSO had the insane skull cracking headache at random times. I didnt think to ask her if it was around any coitus lol but also.. a regular came in, also female, and had the same headache. Also my guy coworker friend thought he was better but is coming back down with his tonight

So maybe it's just a symptom of the illness? I still find it strange that mine only happened at or near orgasm. So it is definitely the sexual migraine thing, but hopefully it is episodic and not forever. But I dont care; I'm not even going to ATTEMPT anything that would bring me close to orgasm. I'd rather die than feel that pain again.

Either way, the dull pain is still there, but mercifully much lower than it can be.

Take care of your brains and genitalia, peeps. Appreciate them. They can go at any second. My dad had his testicles removed and my mom her breasts due to cancer. Wife had to have hers removed for health reasons as well.

I was talking bout changing last names with my boyfriend, and for a long time I was planning on changing my middle name to Elizabeth and my last name to Path. Making it Iris Elizabeth Path, but then I realized something, the initials for that are IEP. So I thought, instead of Elizabeth, I could go Celica, and become I.C.P. XD.
