After rewatching the original, I've realized that it is actually better than I could appreciate before. The whole mythology with the story is so interesting than I'd remembered. The metallurgy stuff and the evil gods and such. It is more than just a ghost movie. It appears more to be about multiverses (which I love). The movie is pretty tightly edited, I realize now.

I think that "Ghostbusters 2" was the first movie that I'd seen in theatres, at around age 5 or 6. I vaguely recall my brother crying and flipping out at the Janosz character flying around in that ghost bike with the red eyes. The second one is silly in parts but it was actually pretty good, too. 

Get really high and have a few beers and rewatch "Ghostbusters". It is weirder than most mainstream blockbusters ever were.

I'm getting everything together to order a custom guitar from Halo Guitars. 

I've spent months studying up lol.

Mentally prepared to spend months paying this off. Doing a 50% deposit as soon as I can to get them started on it.

Doing a crazy ass 18 piece laminated neck with a bunch of super hard woods. African Blackwood Fretboard, 

7 String Multiscale Fanned Frets, but the frets don't extend all the say to the 7th fret, so I can play just that string as a fretless. 

I'm getting 3 pickups, an Underwound Dimarzio Super Distortion, A Custom Seymour Duncan Lipstick Humbucker with a Vintage sound, and a Sustaniac 

with some special wiring so each pickup has their own volume knob (something they said they can do), also hoping to get a mix of Passive and Active pickups, which they normally don't do, but with the separate volume knobs they might be able to pull it off (Guessing they will for some money), and I'm even going to see if I can get separate batteries for the Seymour Duncan and Sustaniac so I can put a 24 volt mod for the Seymour Duncan. 

Trying to get like, a really vintage sound that I can play modern extreme metal on, it's gonna be fucking sick.

And I think I'ma straight up make the body a Hatchetman (gonna have to skew the proportions to make it work, but yeah) made of Carbon Fiber instead of wood (well the core is still wood, but the top and bottom is Carbon Fiber) and I'ma commission some guy on Fiverr to make graffiti style art for the top of it as well as the inlay.

And I don't know if a single person here understood a word of what I just said.

I'm gonna be paying them back for fucking months lol.

Ah yes, a Van Halen. 

Hard to say what my favorite Van Halen song is, I don't know all that many of them, I could always just say Eruption, which isn't even a song but practically changed guitar playing forever. Like, I know he didn't literally invent tapping, but, come on, he practically did, in the eyes of the public he did.

Though I know people like to tie that song to you really got me (which was actually the first Van Halen song I ever heard), which is how it was meant to be listened so, that, Eruption + You really got me. There. Love that song.

It's not really a sticker, it's a paintjob, but like, because why wouldn't I want art on it?

I guess I likes the natural looks of woods. Why pay for exotic woods if your going to cover it? Same goes for the carbon fiber, maybe? Not trying to deter you. Just saying IMO your covering natural beauty with carbon fiber, then covering that. You do you tho, good luck.  

The exotic woods won't be covered, I might tint them white, but you'll still see em.

As for the Carbon Fiber. Carbon fiber looks cool, but not cooler than a sick paint job, what i like most about it is how durable and smooth it is. I also think I'm gonna go natural on the back, so it will be visible there.

Saturday Night Live hasn't appealed to me in YEARS. Eddie Murphy will be on tonight's episode. Kind of looking forward to it and really hoping for some of his old characters to make a come back. Buckwheat, Gumby, Stevie Wonder, this could be really good!

But for the day, Christmas shopping. UGH...
