I drank a couple of these before the show the night I met you and the crew. I had some different flavors. I try to stay clear of the tropic storm though. I made the mistake of drinking it in the shower and can’t help but associate it with shampoo. I know none got in there but I swear it tastes like how some shampoos smell. 

By the way, happy Friday the 13th y’all! What do you plan on drinking tonight? Full moon too, celebrations are in order

Still up in the air as far as the reverb goes. It’s looking like a no go so far though. 

 

Back to the Friday festivities, got a 15 pack of the beast. That’s Milwaukee’s best ice for the uninitiated. Kicking back, watching some Friday the 13th movies and maybe a werewolf one after. I’m torn between silver bullet and American werewolf in London. I know London is the better of the two but silver bullet still holds a special place   

Werewolf movies are weird. Like it’s hard to pinpoint a legit classic one. Folks will claim “The Wolfman”, “An American Werewolf in London”, and “The Howling”… but none are like, loved across the board.

There is also “Ginger Snaps”.. “Dog Soldiers”… 

I used to be obsessed with “Cycle of the Werewolf” which became “Silver Bullet” by Stephen King. The illustrations alone were noggtmare-inducing. 

Traveling through time, coming to terms with lycanthropy, and using ghosts to hustle the living have definitely contributed to the Parkinsons.

Had a few Labatts and Keystones.

I drink around 30 to 40 oz Coors light daily. After 5 pm lol. My ALL day drinkin days been over like 15 yrs. 

Now and then I splurge and pick up a 5th of E&J.

…then I go skinny dippiin in barrels of toxic waste…after that I pour myself a lil taste.  

Yeah I never could get a comfortable feel for day drinking. Not to say I havent done it. Probably no more than 10 times. Usually at our annual memoriam party we will start sipping the next morning. But not really anymore. It feels extremely unhealthy.

Everyone is different tho. I know an older man who gets out of work around 6 am and heads straight to his club bar. Just how he has done it for his whole life. Sort of an ex-military dude. Nice guy. 

I always think of Casper from “KIDS” when he wakes up and starts sipping leftover forties and shit… fuck that lifestyle lol. I used to hang with homies that did that shit.

Here is something I’d really like to know:

Do any of yall have a “morning drink”? Like a Bloody Mary or something? I like the idea but cant say I’ve ever found myself in the right mood to have a strong sip at breakfast. Do you do it? Do you stop at the once drink or keep it going?
