Oh, and by the main definition of stalking yes, he was stalking Treyvon. He was stealthily following him, and then once Treyvon noticed he was being followed he ran which resulted in Zimmerman chasing him. From the phone call, which is the only evidence we really have, it could be argued that Treyvon was acting out of self defense when he whooped Zimmerman’s ass.
By the legal definition it is arguable, but I guess he never really intend to shoot him. Even though I wasn’t using the legal definition.
