I have to primarily smoke vapes and dabs at my temporary apartment due to policies. Definitely not my preference but ah well. First World Problem. So I'll be bouncing between PAX Pod high terpene vapes and disposable cartridges. It's a shame because I have two blunt cones full of a mix of Sunny D sativa flower + Blue Dream caviar + Grape Ape bubble hash. I usually toke those on the ride home.

well here in the great white north our sackless leader Justin Trudeau passed a law where you can get arrested for DUI even if you are not driving

say you drive home and then have a few beers and a piece of shit neighbor calls 9-11 and said they seen your driving funny even if you did not drive drunk at all you are getting arrested for driving drunk.

I once almost killed somebody because of a DUI and since then I don't drive much at all I much prefer public transportation plus thanks to the reserved lanes public transportation is faster when you live in the city, if I lived in suburbia it would be much different story

as for weed and driving it's a lot more complicated the police are not 100% sure on how to test it yet and the test they do have wont work as well in the winter so its pretty much just if the police officer thinks you smoked 

if you smoke a joint and kill somebody while driving you can get a life sentence but keep in mind in Canada life is only 25 years

I will also say this: I am completely against "stoned driving ". People who take too many edibles, or too big of a dab, or even too much of a joint hit... if you are outside of your cerebral comfort zone, then you shouldn't be operating that archaic death metal machine. 

I took 50mg of a chai tea once. Despite being a toker for over 20 years, I have a lower edible tolerance. So as I tried to drive to the store, I turned around and went home. My logic was "if I was a cop, and I visually witnessed me, I would pull me over". 

This all being typed, the truth is that some people do fall into function better after a couple tokes. But not as many as they would have you think. Most of those fools are blowhards. 

But you wouldn't want someone operating an archaic death machine under exhaustion either, would you? Or being in chronic neuropathy? Having too much caffeine with lack of sleep? A diabetic coma? Food allergy? Panic attack?

Nah u have a good point...I wrecked several cars that I never knew I even wrecked until a day or two later when I came to. Used to eat alotta lotta Xanax. I refuse to drive fucked up now. Idk if it's just growing up or wat...but I take the shit alot more seriously now
