Hey folks, just registered here and a first time browser as well. Haven’t been a member of an online community like this since the Horrorcore.com days and I look forward to interacting with people that share the same love for this music.

A little background on me; I’m 29-years-old from Eastern Kentucky and have been in love with horror as well as music since as long as I can remember. I don’t remember what the first horror film I ever watched was but it must’ve had a hell of an impact on me, because it’s practically the only thing I’ve wanted to watch since I was six. I’m a huge fan of ’70s-’80s grindhouse cinema and especially Italian horror cinema, the likes of Lucio Fulci, Dario Argento, Joe D’Amato, Michele Soavi, Mariano Baino, Umberto Lenzi. Lots of good ol’ red-blooded American horror, Spanish horror, and J-horror as well. In January 2000 I got my first taste of horror in music with The Great Milenko, and the rest was history. Nothing but ICP and horrorcore for the next ten years.

Now it’s 17 years later since I first heard what was at the time a life-changing album for me, and I can’t believe I ever got away from it all…. Almost everything of my years worth of collecting I sold years ago, had to buy some of the key albums again in the last year. The new stuff’s still growing on me, some of it I’m sure probably won’t; still though I’m glad to be back.
